I disagree completely. Not logical enough to have such good FC.

agree with yasman,i myself is a 150 rider and the best i ever got would be 27 km per litre that is with conservative riding at 80km max and also using shell 98 :p

The pain of discipline is nothing like the pain of disappointment

I prefer Shell or Caltex Petrol cause in morning easy start up but when using esso/mobil snergy always must crank a few times to start.

Now Shell retails hv been taken over by 7-11 which dun accept CC payment if less than $20. So no choice use back Mobil/esso privilage which link to my CC acc. Miss Shell fuel....

Caltex station is too far away from my place rather in convenience.

I remember that a few days ago .. reading the straits time .. it says that Esso has more pertol station than shell .. followed by Caltex and lastly SPC ..

Anyway, fuel prices are up .. :faint: pumping Esso 8000 cost me 1.84 per litre

Drink coffee always :p

Pump diesel next time round :cheeky:

today downgrade my petrol from Esso 8000 to 5000 .. 10+L = 18.00

Not much difference in power .. maybe i'll switch to 5000

Drink coffee always :p

Im getting only 20km/L max......maybe i whack too much.....

well firstly im on the "PLUS" so extra load there

Secondly.....i usually on the average speed of 110-120 on expressway

maybe must change riding style liao lah....more relax....

Is it true that TA150 and SP use same engine?

usually wat the mileage from full tank to reserve... mi onli managed to clock 310km then reserve liao

about 350 - 400 km? depending how you ride .. usually, from full tank to reserve,

is about 8litres .. reserve has about 3litre if i'm not wrong .. unless u keep on wacking like mad, from 60km reserve, can become 30km .. haha

2 stroke per cycle and 4 is 4 per cycle, so lets assume a 125cc engine similar in everyway, except one is 2 stroke e other 4 stroke....

4stroke FC-40km/L

2stroke FC-20km/L

ok u can see e diff is 50% diff, cuz from moment fuel enters to e next intake of fuel, 2 stroke can take in 2 times if 4 stroke takes in one time, and also u'll notice dat HP rating 2 stroke will be more or less 50% more den 4 stroke...

all this is juz a rough gist of why 2 stroke consumes more petrol den 4 stroke,so dun ask me why TA150 even less by 50cc compared to TA200 and being a 2stroke bike can consume L/22km-L/27km, instead of only 19 or lesser...cuz im not quite sure too....

maybe its e RC valve thats doin e trick, cuz im assumin dat it'll channel back some amts of exhaust back into e combustion chamber as premix of air and fuel...cuz 2 strokes are known to be inherently fuel inefficent, as fuel doesn't get burn completely...so it make sense to channel it back to burn off e unburn hydrocarbons....

hehhee paiseh ah...to ah pek liao, longwinded....

cheers!

Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see farther.
