You two are absolutely amazing! :D

First time this season I saw Liverpool play convincingly, better still that it was done without Torres & Stevie played less than 30mins :cheer:

 

Tell me guys, does the new boy Riera look good or what! An able replacement for Riise & Kewell!

 

(I'm a United die-hard).

Anfield was the 12th player as always, and they rocked man.

Kudos to Liverpool, playing a very much weakened side. Tactically spot-on.

 

Riera is good, and has been good. When ManCity got him sometime back, i loved his movements, kind of reminds me of Zidane. I've always wanted United to get him but apparently Liverpool saw his qualities more than United i think.

 

But yeah you guys can celebrate all you want, and many of my Liverpool-supporting friends would do what theyve always done - rub it in our faces. Do United fans do that? No... Because when United beats Liverpool, we feel it's the norm :p See you for the 2nd tie at OT ;)

Yeah Pool has been title-going pretenders for some time but so far this season, theyre going strong and hungry man.

32 mins into the UCL group match against Marseille.

 

What a match so far.

Slick passing and quick attacking from both sides.

Marseille got a lovely goal first from their captain.

Only for Gerrard to respond with a more breathtaking first-time lob-shot just minutes later to equalize.

Babel, on top form today, tried to slip past defenders in the box and got unfairly tackled.

Penalty and Gerrard converting from the spot.
