Just now I wanted to go to Lavander MRT from Bedok, but I got lost all the way to the west, I passed ERP while "In Operation" for 2 times, and finally used my last 10 bucks to buy a cash card.

 

Right now may I know please, how much per offence without a cash card in the IU unit? And is there anyway to ask them not to send letter to my house? Is it possible to pay earlier , and if I do so, will they still send the letter?

$10 per offence. Don't know if the penalty has changed now, but that was the amount that I got many years ago.

After reading your thread, the penalty seems second priority.

You "do not" want the letter to send to your house is the primary issue.

 

This is what I think you could do:

1. Go to LTA (Sin Ming Drive) during office hour and explain to them.

2. Settle the payment if the counter allow you to see the officer.

 

You're safe then.. no letter... no news is good news!

 

Alternatively, you may want to call LTA before going to their office.

Usually, that will take about 2 days after the date of offence.

but just now i call LTA i ask if i pay the fine already then will the letter still come they say ya. then i ask them can cancel the letter they say cannot

pimp ride while u can , get a few mths riding experience.. so when u gonna retake ur test, u will know its chicken feet
