different redrev?

can all redrev be used for all specs? or is there a specific redrev for diff specs? ie can a redrev from spec1 be used in a spec3?

If im not wrong,spec1 n spec2 use the same type fix near the headlight but spec3 one diff type,fix at the batt area...anyone 2 cnfrm this??

What what I learn, beside bypass the 180km/h speed limit, the device also improve on the the throttle response.

is there any other way to ensure that the redrev is functioning other than "feeling" the power? as in is there a way to check whether the unit is not faulty?

this redrev thing, is it the powercut ? my spec 3 bike can run 200km/hr and feels NO ENGINE BRAKE at 140km/hr upwards when i close the throttle.. its like as though i pull the clutch lever and glide.. and when i open the throttle again, it kind of wanna runaway from me.. there"s very strong torque.. the mechanic install a special switch that leaves the neutral light on all the way although i was not in neutral gear.. this powercut thing is being done for about 50 dollars.. not a bad investment.. the switch operates by clicking left, centre and right.. click left for the powercut, centre is to immobilise the bike so that anyone with my key can"t start the bike..(anti theft).. click right to install the bike to standard factory setting.. best of all, the switch can be fix "almost anywhere" you want it to be.. only the bike owner know"s where it is..

redrev, by the name.. (顾名思义) means allowing you to rev into the red zone..

 

if you had notice, your bike cant rev into the red zone if you do not have redrev installed.. and by that allowing you to surpass the 180kph speed limit..

 

so those have redrev installed, very simple to test if it's working or not.. is to by revving it to see if your RPM can rev into the red zone..

Aft the powercut have deen done to my bike, it can rev to the red zone. So wat's the diff????? It response better. Aswat i'll see u and test the diff......

yes, this mr ali is well known .. they call him dr ali.. he specialises in super 4 repairs, servicings and modifications.. u want, i can bring u there.. its at ang mo kio industrial park

get this right, a redrev and what this "dr ali" is doin is a different thing altogether, it may have the same functions though..

 

*thinking* if i install redrev alr plus the "switch" from dr ali, hmm whoah can fly issit? haha no the only S4 that can fly in Sg is thomas aka s4vtec bike cos gt GT wing can fly ba hahahkkzzkakzk.....

dats why in the first place, i ask whether this redrev is what you mean by powercut.. so they are actually the same functions but the redrev have a very "chim" name.. if you were to ask the mechanic to fix a redrev, he don"t know what it means and what you are talking about.. but if you ask him to remove the powercut, then he know"s what you are talking about..
