Probably thinking why shld i be understandable when i am the one suffering injuries and goin to get claim? But forget to think that i m the one who caused everything and that a bike is injure to lessen my impact for reckless riding? Cuz if the bike nt there then i ham the lampost?

Boy, I think you will not be a good storyteller and even if you say out your story will ur audience gonna pay for for all the damages made the answer is NO so save your energy.

yup. being knocked down when i was fully abiding by rules and thereafter going through to accompany the other party making sure he is safely home and trying to catch him when he was doing 160kmh on BKE and PIE past the SPEED CAMS and then chasing him to even view the damages after that day, making me waste time and $ to get repair quotes then not even having the party in the wrong apologise at all would surely make anyone frustrated. I dont want to put too many details here lest it becomes a thesis.
