Today at around 5pm along BKE toward Ave 2, a huge malaysian lorry stopped in the middle of the expressway. behind it was trail of nuts and bolts and the drivers was somewhere in the central divider looking for something. What a stupid and selfish driver! This is accident waiting to happen.

Today while riding there is this blur cock Gas delivery man at my carpark moved off without checking and I was coming from his right had to brake really hard and i stopped infront of his windscreen. Thank god that he noticed my present and braked.

I was travelling along Woodlands Ave 12 at 60-70km/hr on the left lane when a fast moving car zoom up behind me and started to high beam me. WTF?? Maybe he expected me to jump onto the pavement like those cyclists?

I purposely slowed down further and forced him to overtake me properly on my right. Then I switched on my super bright beam on my TW200 and returned him the favour.

i met 1.. LTA though.. positioned myself next to him while at the traffic junction and wait to move off together with him..

 

and hovering around him when the lights turned green. until he spotted a modified honda accord whom he decide to 'feast' upon, i quietly pulled away at god speed to office..

 

can only say 1 word: SHIOK!

About time someone cracked down on those modified sedans and family cars. Ever noticed how drivers of RX8s and Porsches (or even Maseratis) being very careful and gentle on the throttle, but that Toyota Vios with non-functional spoilers on the back is the one that drives like Formula One tailgating all the way.

 

If you ever seen those modified cheap little Perodua Kelisas, those are even worse! They actually nip at other cars' heels like, 20cm away from their rear bumper.

 

I met a Maserati driver the other day on Adam Road going to the PIE. The guy moved aside to let me overtake and sweep through the big corner before the flyover, then I pulled to the slow lane and let him unleash his big V-8 musical instrument.

 

Note: No tailgating involved!

andyway i came to a complete full stop while driving jus outside tampines polyclinic , because an aged old lady was pushing her trolley across and it was rather slowly , a mercs driver behind me was already flashing while approaching , as he came nearer ,

he started horning .

next thing he came out , saw the granny who was alredy at the divider , and said > faster leh .. at her...

sometimes i see aged ppl crossing the road very slowly, i felt like helping them, but then i would hold up traffic much longer.

even if i'm rushing to send my orders, and i see these people, i wont chiong past them, will wait for them to finish passing by me first. i dont want later because i chiong past them , they got shocked and then something happen to them.

 

sheesh. this kind of ppl also have.

 

yesterday while riding ...

 

jalan buroh at peak hour is SOOO not for the faint hearted!

was going at 100km/h on 2nd lane, when a trailer (got the wheels at the back but no container load) zoom past me!

i was like ... HEYY ! what the heck ???? it's speed limit is only 50km/h ...

 

and when there is a group of trailers and trucks travelling fast, riding side by side with them feels like riding in a sandstorm. thank goodness for the invention of visors !

was otw back to Jurong from woodlands... Was drizzling @ tat point..when i saw a red p-plate bajaj pulsar guy skidded along Woodlands Ave2 towards SLE.. I parked my bike under the shelter(before entering BKE) & attended to him.. Asked him how he was n ect..

 

he replied, " My bike spoil already uh... cannot change gear... the gear lever stuck.."

 

I tried my best to assist him & straightened up his bent gear lever by pulling... Soon he's off on the road again..

today while riding home along alexandra road, filter lane into depot road. a knn cab suddenly switch lanes from 2 lane away, swerving abruptly in the wet peak hour traffic, across the 2 lanes into the filter lane which i was approaching. as usual, no signal, no check blindspot i had already calculated my braking distance but was totally caught off guard. i couldnt brake in time cos he swerved too fast and too sudden and the front bumper of the cab had already cut 1/2 into my lane so even if i ebrake, i would crash into him.

 

horned, and swerve into the little space left between the cab and the divider and managed to squeeze thru with just a few centimeters before his reckless action nearly caused an accident. the cars behind me had to ebrake really really hard to avoid crashing into him. sometimes i really dun understand how some cabbies drive on the road, without due care for other road users. and cant be he went the wrong direction cos the cab was empty and the entry to the filter lane was very far back.

 

the only good thing i can say is he was apologetic and hand signalled me sorry when i looked back after i stopped at the traffic lights few meters later.

Times like these make me feel like not riding towards crazytown (jalan besar/serangoon/little india) and maybe even on Saturdays (rather lot of impatient ppl abound).

Today while riding...

 

I was approaching the traffic lights. There's this auntie rider. I was heading straight to filter through some cars before I reach the white line for traffic lights.

 

That auntie turned from lane 1 to lane 3,

cut into my line,

without checking back,

without checking the mirrors,

without even giving a sh*t on what's happening on the surroundings.

 

I horned and she still doesn't give sh*t about anything. It was annoying as hell. God damn annoying.

 

This is the atittude you have when you're walking on the streets. Then fine. I won't say anything about. People walking on the streets and do this all the time. But here's the thing, you're bringing that atittude to your riding on the roads. That's some f**k up crap.

 

Here's the good part of it, I rarely see aunties on bikes. BUT I'm officially making auntie riding bikers my enemies. Just like how I hate those white cisco annoying people.
