talking about horns.

 

sometimes i feel bad when jaywalkers have an earfull of my horns but the other side of me is saying they deserve it. about a year back, i horned a lady looking at the opposite direction while jaywalking at the CBD area, she got so shocked she fell backwards. i stopped my bike, blocking traffic and helped her up. i asked her is she alright, she told me why did i have to horn her.

 

i told her, you'd rather i hit you? she apologised and walked away. and i think everyone there thought i hit her. but as usual, everyone just looks. and some were more interested in my license plate number.

 

and to make things worse, it was lunch time.

last night while riding along Bukit Batok Central, was behind a RXZ rider while stopping at the traffic light at a junction. when the lights turn green, he sped off superfast. suddenly, on the right was a 4 wheel drive that beat the red light. luckily he was superskilled, make a slight swerve and continue his way. i barely saw the driver in the car. it was 2 girls, looks like teenagers, dun noe got license or not, but they put on a P plate.

wish i could hv super loud horns like those of a truck or something fixed on my bike....i held my horn for a good long few secs but an idiot kept driving into my lane adding to the frustration of a pretty wet ride home. gave e driver my international greeting sign but i think driver was too dumb to hv even noticed it. looked like a geek behind the wheels......

Today while riding - picture this, a 2 lane road, me on the right, taxi on the left. While overtaking the taxi, the taxi suddenly went over this HUGE puddle. Drenched me from head to toe and my view was obscured for a few seconds. At least I was wearing full face, if not I would have gotten a mouthful of road water.

Today while riding home from work on the ECP towards City direction, suddenly thunderstorm. Was drenched to the core, i was travelling on the middle lane. Then suddenly both cars from lane 1 and 3 went past paddles of water and splash up the water towards me onto my visor, 'blinding' me temporary.

just now ard 10-11pm.. at jurong west extension, i saw a ducati rider,

 

move off upon green light like rushing to meet wife...

 

the sound was alarming and so so so noisy... -.-''''

 

i ride so slow,also met up with him again at the 3rd traffic light... red light again...

just when i went past him cuz green light...

he zoom past me again..and corner right infront of me right outside my carpark entrance..

 

for your info that is a super small road with cars parking at the side or kids cycling ard(usually)...

Shiok.. I went in JB yesterday also. But funny no cars....

I love the feeling also. No cars then i no need go so fast. 90km shiok shiok enjoy wind save petrol prevent wear and tear and also wont kana speeding.

Today while riding.... a red-plated car edges into my lane and path at Rochor. Looks like a female driver.

 

Had to use the throttle to power through before I got sandwiched into the curb.

 

Well done to the driver. Whether it was blur or intentional. Who gives a goddamn. Earned him/herself a couple of 3rd fingers from both my pillion and myself.
