i was riding back on CTE after sending my wife to work this morning at the center lane doing about 95km/h. in my side mirror i saw a white bike with his high beam on and flashing red and blue lights, white helmet and all. so i maintained at 95km/h and rode along.

 

then the white bike came alongside me and followed my speed. i turned and looked, it was an LTA mp3 bike, ridden by a mat marshaller. with his dark glasses on, he turned his head at me, looked at my bike and me, gave me a stuck up look, then speeding off. i wonder what was his motive.

 

another jackass was at geylang serai 2 nights ago. i was waiting for the lights to turn green towards city area infront of city plaza. saw 3 aetos super 4s, one with the rider on near the pedestrian crossing on the other side. lighs turned green, so me and all the other vehicles started to move off. to my horror, about 1 bike length infront of me, the aetos bike suddenly accelerate and cut infront of me, without signaling, without checking back and also, not using his side mirror. fortunately, i was going slow so i managed to avoid him. i tapped my horn at him, overtook and rode along. next moment, he cut in between me and a car while dragging 2nd gear.

 

frankly speaking, even traffic police bikes who stopped beside me at junctions make an effort to smile at me and not give me that stuck up face. i really wonder what's up with these auxillary policemen and traffic wardens. told these incidents to my wife, she just told me these boys just want to "step TP je".

really dun understand wat are they thinking.... riding company bike oso stuck up.... maybe they cant afford to buy their own bike? first time ride bike is like that de lah....

hmm ya doesn't sound like fun alrite. it's really bad when you get lorries w stones/debris near you, the stones will fly and hit you everywhere & can be quite painful even if you are in jeans.

had an idiot on e phone cutting in our lane from filter lane despite my hubby's furiously horning...obviously didn't check or cannot be bothered & YES bz on the phone!!! i raised up my hand at him, he could still continued talking on the phone & retaliated my gesture....angry i gave him my international sign.

sigh thats why we have to be extremely careful while riding nowadays. kukus too many ard.... best is get off the road fast. Thats why i also find that i tend to go faster with heavy traffic. When no cars at all during midnite i go slow and enjoy. Really stuck up with these ppl...

I think there are too many stressed out Singaporeans driving around.

 

Yesterday on my way home from work.. this guy driving just suddenly decided to change lane into mine when I was beside him. As I braked hard to avoid hitting him... he suddenly realised I was there and swerved back into his lane.

 

As I came up next to him, he carried up his hand in apology. He looked very stressed out to me. I carried up my left hand to acknowledge his apology and carried on my way.

 

I think I have either become too mellow or I am getting too old for road rage.

ouch!!! the only time i would ride w my visor up is during heavy rain & when visor is all fogged up & can't see the front & speed is v slow. yup rain would be coming into my face & yup i come home looking like a panda w smeared mascara haha

Get a mouthpiece it will lessen the warm breath from fogging up the visor badly and also for FF of shoei(that is if u r wearing 1) there is this catch on the left of the helmet. push it down n u'll have a little gap between the helmet n visor at the lip letting cold air in preventing the visor fogging up.

combination of both mouthpiece n gap of the visor helps alot in reducing the fogging up.

always thought that bikers owning a big & small bike is common but these days even even your regular hdb dwellers own 2 cars! husband & wife - a car each...must be really so affordable these days???....it's no wonder the roads are filling up so quickly.....

haha, i open abit only when raining, cos scared rain kena my face also, my visor also foggy, ride slow to be safe, but not too slow, regulate wif the traffic

Juz came back from the ubi there..the junction at the comfort drivin centre dere had an accident which involve a scooter n a car..the back of the car is quite badly damage...haiz..juz ride n drive carefully to avoid accident

saw a lot of weekend plate, probably driving for Hari Raya visit. but some drivers' skill really suck big time. one lady driver and her whole family was driving along Tiong Bahru Road, but she was driving at 30km/h and between 2nd and 1st lane, dun noe wat she up to. i was rushing for time, so i overtook her from the left. later, when i stopped in front of Tiong Bahru Plaza, i checked back and saw her car - stopping 3 car length away from me, wah piang, dun noe how to drive dun come out and make accident ok?
