So many bad experience let me share a not bad experience.

 

Happened just now only. Got into my car preparing to move off. But there's this Maserati just to e front and right of me. E car is not in a lot but just park parrallel to e reverse parking lots.

 

E car is parked to its left thus there is sufficient space for me to out and turn right. Maybe need adjust a few time. But worse come to worse i just need to tun left also can.

 

But e driver c me getting ready to move, he start car and move front for me to be able to turn right. So kudos to all nice road users in sg!!

Just saw the aftermath of a Toyota Camry hitting into a wall & a Volkswagen Polo on a tow truck 10 metres ahead, & it's bumper on the floor.

This area is the AYE exit to Alexandra right? At the stop line of the slope before turning right, this area always a lot of those rocks, stones. Riders must be especially careful not to test their turns here...

Would like to share a OLD "While riding" story. Few months ago, went to International Plaza located at Anson Road for a 5 day course. In the past i remember it was free parking for bikes so didn't think much as i assumed that if they start charging, it wont be expensive.

 

At the end of the day, when i was leaving, i got a bill shock. It was $40+ (EPS System so the $40.xx was showing on the screen). Obviously i dun ve enough in cash card so press the button for help. The attendent asked me to go to their office.

 

And they offered a quick and easy Seasons parking application for $20... wtxxx. Basically this building charges bike parking the same as car. ._. So bo pian, buy seasons and park for the next 4 days.

 

Fellow riders, do be careful and check parking rates properly if unsure...

Raffles Hospital Carpark;

 

The big prominent signage shows that its 65cts per entry for bike but in the end you will be charged 65cts based on PER DAY! WTFH! The attendant still dare to say, "Its been like that all along". I sure wun mind paying for that measly 65cts/day but clearly this is a case of deliberate misinterpretation.

 

There's a better word for this. Its called a SCAM!

 

Knn. These kind of people must make them go thru primary school again. Make them repeat their PSLE until their engrish can get extinction. Knn again.

Was going from bedok office to suntec at 8.40am. While traveling towards the Turn towards the ECP, a white Mazda 3 overtook me on the right side at high speed on a damp road... Lol u should have seen that noob's face when I had to stop and overtake him.... Idiot totaled his entire front end on the barrier and spun around to face everybody...

really nice view.. his entire engine was in full view and in pieces lol... with bits and pieces of his bumper and front all over the road....

 

Luckily I'm riding a scooter today so I siam one side... his shocked face... haha

 

don't mean to be bad... but it's just totally funny to see someone who thinks he's so awesome and take a corner and then end up utterly smashed later... and oh yeah he's alive...

That's why lor. Zzz. When I ride on pedestrian walkway looking for parking I give way to them. but when they jaywalk still want us to give way??! And police come fine us. Unreasonable.

Even as a cyclist on pavements I either wait behind these pedestrians or when they gave way I would say thank you and I never keep ringing the bells like some irritating cyclist does demanding to be given way. As pedestrians I always give way to cyclists by walkin more to the left giving them space to pass thru on yhe right.

Nothing wrong in "playing corners" BUT do it "wisely" .. No matter how gd ones eyesight but entering a corner at fast speed, there's no way to "siam" e "obstacles" on e rd when u already taking e line...

 

Most riders i see when taking corners, they "bring" e bike down n lean together with e bike thus e scraping of footpegs.. Very dangerous chances to low side very high, let alone if there's "obstacles" on e rd...

Bicycles r juz not welcome here.. Ride on pavement oso wrong (unless those designated ones) n riding on e road oso wrong.. Worst, cyclist became e target for those inconsiderate road users..

That's Should be the way right bro. Pedestrian walkway is for pedestrian. There they are big. We just guai guai give them courtesy. But on the roads. Ask them take their own chances lar...

 

I've got a colleague who doesn't give a crap about cyclist who uses the zebra crossing. Even if he sees cyclist approaching he wont stop. Let the cyclist o and buang. Always like to speed thru the zebra crossing.

@ticks. Wa. Ur fren fierce. At zebra crossing i dun do stunt, becoz they e right of way ma. Road users r suppose to slow down in anticipation of walkers. But i believe by right cyclist ve to dismount and push bicycle but i still give way to them de. But usually bicycles from a short dist before e zebra cross will wave me go first. Lol.

 

I only do tat to pple who dun bother checking at traffic crossing or jaywalkers. Those type tat live in their own world where they own e roads and and can walk without looking and eyes on phone instead on road. but i will make very sure i brake before them instead of go through them. My intention is to let them think i didnt c them. Hope tat in future they will keep a lookout to protect themselves.
