After all, I always believe we have a lot to learn from others who are more experienced. I try to teach my younger officers as much as I can, at the same time I try to learn as much as I can from the more experienced officers around. :angel:

Most definitely... You're thrown at the prison right next to my humble abode which is Compass Green :cheeky:

 

Well, learn as much as you can while on attachment... Don't be afraid to ask questions from the other officers... and have a great time at HTA...

 

I spent FIVE long months on attachment at the old Changi Prison. At least I can tell myself that I was one of the lucky few to have experienced CP. I even had a great view of the surrounding area once when I climbed up the clock tower :thumb:

 

Are you a direct-entry?

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment,and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

Well, we just found out someone here is vertically challenged :angel:

 

Direct entry means Sgt rank if you are a PO... or are you an SPO?

i am not that short ok...

i just pass the basic minimum required height... :cheeky:

though my weight..

completly fail as i am underweight.. haha

 

me SPO??

no lah..

just ordinary :)

if i am not wrong..

there are 50 POs going for training..

it starts this coming monday

 

SPOs they are already in training..

not sure how many of them

but not as much as the POs

maybe half the size

in the end, they will graduate together rite same day?

 

POs - 22 weeks

 

SPOs - 25 weeks

 

i guess..

should be graduating same day since the SPOs had started earlier.

 

after the training..

there'll be OJT for 12 weeks..
