Bro, i am not trying to act smart or sth but for the benefit or everyone, Police will respond to non-urgent cases within 30 mins and urgent within 15 mins. Unless, they are heavily engaged, they should be able to make it in time. 90% of the time, they do.

 

For this incident, you may write in the Commanding Officer of the NPC which you are living in. He will take appropriate actions. Another alternative is to bring up the matter to the MP during meet-the-people session.

maybe i'll write in to hdb & npc. like i said before... catching him red handed is difficult... no way he's gonna open his throttle for 15min even if thats the earliest the blue guy can be at scene.

 

i'm staying around teck whye area, so if any of you is the guy who wack his bike ard this area w/o thinking abt neighbours, i'm sorry if the enforcer came knocking on ur door.

hmm... found out the bike already.

 

i was almost reaching home one afternoon, when wifey called & informed that the peanut biker was doing it again. so after few minutes i was at mscp but no one was there. not many motobike parking at this time only a few on 1st & 2nd storey, so i slowly touch one bike at a time & BINGO... only 1 bike had hot/warm engine.

 

kawasaki krr plate F#**#. (only i know)

# = 2 diffrent letters

* = 2 diffrent number

If you know which bike it is here is a simple trick. Vandalism? Yes. Permanent? No. Bring a potato with you. Smack it onto the end of the muffler driving potato into the muffler. Try to get 2 or 3 inches of potato stuffed into it. Guarantee the bike will not start. And no permanent damage. Sooner or later... or maybe not... he will discover his tailpipe is jammed full of potato and clean it out. I used to do this trick with cars... took a big potato... and worked well.

I was thinkin the exact same thing..Ahaha..Maybe go up to him and politely ask..Why he must whack his bike day after day in the middle of the night? If he really no licence..Tell him that its not really a good thing to keep whackin the bike in neutral gear w/out movin..Ahaha..You will need a very convincin look while sayin all these..Then tell him that if he still wanna whack do so in the day where lesser people are tryin to sleep..

I'm sure glad to move out of sg....no more irritating drag racers along Woodlands Ave 5 in wee hours. At least ppl round my neighbourhood now knows how to control the accerelator when it's late. I dun see my babies jumping out of their sleep and cry here, which is so often in sg thanks to those "drag racers" and a perticuliar scram rider who comes every morning to pick his Mina, attempting to jump every hump he sees. I almost had a pail of water prepared to wake up his idea cuz I'm just too pissed.

 

Why oh why? When sg is known as a nice city and we had such scums.
