since when football can really stir up any serious and real interest in this bike forum?! alot of talks and sadly, very very little action.

but, i will be at kallang this weekend. been there during the tiger cup, worldcup pre-qualifier and other matches too.

if riding/driving, i suggest be there abit early to get a better parking lot and also can take some pics in the stadium before the bulldozer comes in.

SINGAPORE:

Football fans who could not get tickets for the big clash on Saturday night between Singapore Lions and the Australian Socceroos need not despair.

The match, which will be held at the National Stadium, will be shown 'live' from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on MediaCorp TV Channel 5.

The closing ceremony of the National Stadium will be aired after the 9.30pm news.

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

match was quite even in the first half. singapore had the better of chances and could have gone in perhaps 2-0 up at the break. but the best thing about the stadium was the atmosphere. though wasnt full capacity but the noise level was great. somemore the aussie fans also very sporting the never jeer or what. but what i hated was that whenever we had a kallang roar/wave and it reaches the grandstand those VIPs would not continue and it would always die out there.

damn!

Shitty finishing ah..and singapoe totally NO LUCK.. 2 times hit the goal post..few one on one with keeper.. spore shud at least draw.. the first aust goal was soft.. easily said..the defending was poor..even lionel goa kick was like secondary sch standard..

lol even thou SG lose 3-0, but they played well.

In the first half, the lion attack very well. but i can say the defence was shi**Y.

with the likes of viduka, brett emerton, harry kewell, Mark Schwarzer , Lucas Neill, i can say im proud of our national team.

the atmosphere there was good. all the abuses and chanting of ole ole ole was GREAT!

zzzz dunno have to wait how many years before a new national stadium be ready.......

Begins to fade from view

Drowning past regrets

In tea and cigarettes

But I can't seem to forget

When you came along
