Accident along CTE. PLEASE view

Where : PIE to CTE towards serangoon

well.. i saw this Malay guy laying motionlessly on the overtaking lane. he was having a yamaha bike. surprisingly about 10-15 fellow bikers stopped to assist him. I called the police immediately. The worst part was that the police/ambulance came like after 15min. even the TOW truck came earlier. LIKE W*F was that? zzz..i even told the operator to hurry cos he was motionless and injured. well fellow bikers please ride safely. It kind of affected me cos it was the first time i was riding to school. and the 3rd day of riding. He suffered deep cuts on his face , hands and legs(he was wearing slippers). He couldnt really remember much. so yeah.

 

 

If anyone saw the accident please help him by calling the traffic police. Support a fellow biker guys.

 

p.s 1. PLEASE RMB NVR TO WEAR SLIPPERS WHEN RIDING! ALWAYS SHOES!

omg, i always wear slippers on CTE. i need the law to force me to wear shoes. sometimes, slippers are just to convenient and comfortable.

cant always blame the cops.. usually on expressway there will be tow trucks around (like EMAS). police need some time to get there as they may not be in the vicinity.

 

i suppose there was some sort of traffic jam too? cos all the kaypo singaporeans slow down to have a good look at the poor fella..

 

how emergency vehicles want to reach asap??

I recently also stopped for a fallen rider and help him. No one stopped but everyone slowed down to take a good look at the fella's plate no. Cause a hell of a jam... Sometimes, it is really a shame that our countryman always live their life on by a 4 digit no...

i saw that injured guy.. whole face blood.. but still conscious.. with 2 cars pulled over a site.. i tok he knocked on the car.. hmm.. he self accident??

i saw tat time, the cars r jammed out the road, police car was around.. but can't remember got see ambulance anot..

 

and i think i saw ur bike park at the middle left shoulder of the road..

i'm going to carry pieces of A4 sized paper n some tape so next time i encounter such thing can always cover the license plates with the paper..

i dint know to stop or not. cos i kinda saw him too late. so my bike was kinda far. i ran to him. and was kinda scared. he self accident most prolly. cos i doubt anyone would wanna run from an expressway. i really hope he is alright.

Scdf ambulances are not disptached from public/private hospital or clinic.

They are dispatched from fire station/ fire post. They may also dispatch an ambulance returning from hospital after sending a patient from a previous case.
