if those rods sticking out from my legs can be remove by the end of next week...i will join round3....but chances are bery close to 0%..... all those nurses n doctors in the hospital say that those rods will be stickin out from my leg for 3mths...anyway...i hope to prove them wrong....

I knoe its unbeliveable to see how fast my R1 fly down the straight of Sepang.. Ive been hearing ppl say my #46 got lotsa YEC stuff but honestly i DONT NEED it for now.. As long as UNITY does the tuning, i will always redlined the rpm @14000 and brake like a snake into turn 1..

I love to leave my engine as stock as possible.. My main concern is always the STABILITY of the bike.. Dats always my TOP MOST priorty.. I will do anything to make it more stable at all angle.. Dat includes during acceleration, braking, entering and exiting turn.. As a rider i look at all dis not only on the POWER of the bike.. Until u ride a 1000cc then u can come and tell me whether u need cams, piston kit, close ratio gear-box etc.. U will have lots of respect from past n present top riders if u can do a 1:10 flat north track with a STOCK 2004 Superbike.. Just look at Rein.. All he did was a street-legal Leo-Vince and PC.. He even use 1 teeth down rear sprocket in round 1 and round 2.. I know another Novice 600 having High-Comp Gasket plus increasing the rear sprocket.. My god dat is definite increase in acceleration.. Whose in front?? It is obvious Rein is ahead coz he got better control of his bike in all angle.. His suspension, even tho stock, is properly set by proper ppl.. I belive u can beat MAX too but u need a stable bike.. U dont need all those YEC stuff dat u are about to fix on ur bike.. Take kuhara and Brent Rogers.. Kuhara only has a HRC Base CBR plus LeoVince Corsa while Brent has a World SBK spec CBR plus special tuner from Japan.. On paper, Brent's bike got at least 15bhp more but Kuhara got a stable bike dats y he remains competative at front..

 

The conclusion here is basically about having a STABLE bike not POWERFUL bike.. I hope u understand wat im trying to say here and start doing something different instead.. I learn dis from our very own top rider such as Kuhara, Joe, Peter Tan, Kelvin Chia..

i belive got power or less power is nothing. it balance. & muching with each rider.

 

so , stock condition bike. what is it?? no Ohlins>> no Brenbo?? no high flow fillter??

No ECU or Power Comandder?? NO Slipper cluch?? no race breake pad??

parts is just one of the facter for race. but maybe need make another class for 1000cc??

 

like as super stock. no mod. even aitfilter. do u knoe the Asia Super sports regulation?

then hamaguchi is not great rider?? MotoGP rider who has 2nd or 3th finish rider is great than 1st rider?? it is all competition. who has good mod. which team has good rider. that all.

HRC race Base CBR meaning is full spec Japan SBK spek. but Kuhara Bike is almost as WSBK spec

LOL Kuhara use 2007WSBK Cylinder Head and Lot of WSBK parts as No 17 CBR1000RR. you batter need see his inside Engine. just open Air Filter Box also can hahaha. you will to know what is fact. ask Kuhara to show his Mod. i know all of Mod of Kuhara bike. coz at 1st i tune his Bike. that every body know right???

and i dont care who has good engine. it all balance with bike & rider. Good engine & good rider is it Balance & safe for Rider. if bike is not good for Rider. Rider need push more. then happen like as EURO Copter....

We all knoe u have past problem with Kuhara but u dont need to tell the whole world bout it rite.. We, local riders dont have any issue with anyone just dat im trying to make them understand dat they dont need to spend money on engine modification.. Wat most of our rider here need is basically a more stable bike in terms of handling rather than horse power..

 

Yes i always see u helping riders in need.. Last track day u help the Kawasaki guys.. Im also one of them.. U and Ryota are one of them that make me understand why i need a race seat and have my sitting posture properly adjusted.. Before dat i dont understand the logic of spending $100 on just a black color sponge for my butt.. Dat helps a lot..

 

I belive our local rider is good and can be better but most of them lack of direction as to where to go or wat to do.. All they want is more power on their bike.. Do u tink it is rite?? They also like to focus on other ppls bike rather than concentrate on their own improvement.. We got a lot of 600 riders racing in MSS.. Instead of talking/chit chat with MAX #27 (champion round 2) and share more riding tips they post picture of MAX bike with Brembo Brake Pump on the Msportbike.. Now they talking in Msportbike becoz they say its illegal to upgrade brake pump.. Rather than comparing bikes they shud talk to him and share tips for self improvement.. I always like to do dat.. I love to chit chat bout riding with ppl like panjang, zamani, kuhara, brent, omar ali.. All these ppl are TOP riders now and i never feel shy to talk becoz i knoe i will always gain something rather than lose.. All these ppl have my respect coz they never close their door on me.. U and Ryota also never close the door on me.. I thank u.. I hope u can extend ur free service to our 600cc riders and help them go faster by laptimes.. Not by increasing number of post in the forum pointing out who's bike got dis and dat..

at Round2 1st race. #12 Brent Odgers has problem i lose all of gear. that why bigining of lap he over run at 1st turn. he can shift up but he can't shift down from all of

gear. so how he shift down from over 280km/h 6th gear to 1st gear??? he only use Throttle work..and all Turn... it throttle work looks like panic ... i can see from HRC Data logger. he was never give up. he know race with who. it Competition with him self. that is race.

 

it was so great. i did not know. coz lap time is still very good all of lap time alound 1min 6sec. he never Complaint about this. it was our Mistake..the Clutch master pump has internal leak

 

right now my Favorites Rider is panjang, zamani, brent, omar ali

 

coz they really love race& and the Heart is so nice guys.

they are warm with every each rider. they never show off them self.

 

 

But sorry... Kuhara is out of my Focus. that forever.

Im same same like u.. U can see last year whole season i become pit crew for few riders including Kuhara and Kida.. Ive tried my best to help while at the same time i learn more bout MSS and get to knoe riders more..

 

I really dont care bout anything Kuhara said in his blog coz dats maybe his attitude.. Now im racing and my focus is my lap times not kuhara.. At the same time i wud like to pass my knowledge to our local rider so all can move forward and improve.. We got lots of younger rider dat needs guidance to improve..

 

Yes im waiting for Kida san bike to be ready coz he called me and we spoke many times on the phone.. He is a good man and is happy to see me racing coz last year i only pit boy.. He cant wait for his bike to be ready and i also told Ryota bout dis many time.. Kida best time is 1:10 and i joke with him dat he will do 1:08 after sato and ryota rebuild his bike.. He ask me to help him send his fork and suspension for overhaul too..

 

Anyway lets not worry bout the attitude of TOP guys coz im not there.. Its my 1st year racing and i wanna enjoy.. Now i got problem with my brake.. Just change new original disc and already got overheat.. The colour shows dat its overheat.. Maybe i need a cast iron or carbon steel brake disc? original is stainless steel i tink.. Last round i brake till my rear lift very high into turn 1.. dis happen 2x during race 1.. dats bad rite? or maybe i need to change my spring rate coz i almost bottom the fork to maximum.. Wat shud i do sato san?? Now no more $$$ already... hahaha..

Yeah Man, u r the best rider in singapore......ur direction for north, south, east, west is very good. u r the only sg rider in singapore who knows where to go

 

THEY(AMBA).............i was the one who posted. Max rode like a champion that day. he fell in race 2, but picked up the bike and finished 2nd. but its still and illegal item to be used according to SR. lucky for him, no one protested.

 

next time i race, i want to buy WSS bike la(if i can afford). and if i can win(if), i will see if everyone including u whether will come to talk and share tips or.........PROTEST

bigining of brake do not use just Quick& hard brake.

Gradually An increase Braking Force but Quickly use gradually braking.

and same time your upper Body need up standing on seat, also need to move to more back seat side as more back to try to make less lift. Weight movement is very important when Bigin of Brake.

 

just Quick& hard brake will make eazy Full botom of Front Fork movement.

 

& after make Max Brake force, you need feel tire gripping force. so you need releases Braking force speed by each sec speed. but you need keep MAX Braking force just fited with each doloped speed. dont make Look break dont make just grip. just before look point to make short time braking.

 

brent& Omal Brake Disk is just Brenbo stainless steel . dirk al so same. Miw Miw know what a fakkin heated Color..LOL

 

& you need play with Front F initial Load. if almost botom end from 10mm you need make more Adjustment harder . if u feel need chenge spring but no money?? you need top up Front fork oil alound 10mm up. to make hard for bigining of Stroke. coz when topup oile level the air room becom small. when less air room bigining of stroke become hard. it comon technik.

 

 

well over heat with Dist. some time coz of pat hear renge.

the break pat did not bites. that become sliping.. slip will make heat up .

 

this matter is Tire also same. if Tire sliping on road. tire will over heat and melt.

 

so you can play with Tire air Pressure. more high or low. you need Record

all of your bike condition or date or Track temp etcetc. Which setting was best.

Until u ride a 1000cc then u can come and tell me whether u need cams, piston kit, close ratio gear-box etc.. U will have lots of respect from past n present top riders if u can do a 1:10 flat north track with a STOCK 2004 Superbike..
