Everfit has just received spare parts of screws/bolts which are unique to the CBR150 and cannot be bought from the Kelantan lane screw shop.

 

please download the CBR150 spare parts manual from 'xbfish' siggie and cross reference if you're unsure. do not ask for fish, learn to fish yourself. price a couple of dollars, items while stocks last.

 

image 1: long bolt for the pillon seat area.

image 2: bolt for lower fairing, near foot rest.

image 3: bolt for front mirrors, 2006 and above.

 

Im looking for the screw that secure the pipe. They only hve these 3 isit?

Need some help here, my fused blew ytd and after seekin wankidal advice I got it all fixed except my rpm is now stucked at the right side of zero(turn whole round). Can get it to move. Any advice on how to move the needle back to zero position?

 

I'm sellin my bike now and I wish to get all these fixed before transfer. =) thannks for help in advance! ^^

Its the tyre size he is using. Many of us also using this size for our CBR. U can check out urs, its written on the tyre.

bad thing is that the rpm meter for cbr150 goes via electronic sensor instead of the mechanical cable like speedometer.

 

did u managed to trace why the fuse blew?

may need to do some wire tracing to see if the +ve wire for rpm reading is being short circuited.

Im no expert in this electrical thingy. Just curious, how do you know Wankidal? R u the second owner of his bike? Yellow CBR?

Hmm. Seems tough. Shall go mechanic to check out on Monday. I believe my fuse blew due to some kinda wire exposure tt previous mechanic Neva seal properly. And the rpm went haywire during the period of riding while fuse blew while I continued riding. That point of time bike was alr rpm meter, horn, signal, neutral light nt responding. Haha. Anyway thanks for help. If any other Lao jiao happen to know bout this can pls enlighten me. Thanks =)

the rpm meter, signal, neutral light all malfunctioned cause of the blown fuse. no need to read too much into that.

 

it's tracing which part of the wiring that's short circuited which makes it difficult. maybe u can start frm where the previous mech touched.

Ya, thats the higher grade horn from Hella. I forgot about pricing, not sure its 45 or 55 or 65 bucks. Its called Hella Twin Supertone. It sounds sharper than mine. Y dont u ask LAB, that day we saw it right?

 

Just rmbr 1 thing, do it right the first time & use a better material, it will never give u any headache. Quoted from Don.

fix the open port, then do the bike wash @ JB.. does the water from the high-press water hose they use be able seep into the carb.?

Rpm meter fixed By itself! After I full throttle the rpm just went back to normal. =s
