my flight not fast... my days just short and packed... today was intense, had soem regret (not a lot but some) when had to do 1hr presentation at a seminar today... my mind not completely 100% up to speed

Yeah I did, once. Good for a transport, bad for anything else. Looks nice though, like I said.
