This almost happend to me once. I went on a trip in the hill country ( I'm guessing you guys remember I'm from Sri Lanka) and when doing climbs the FC went sooo down and the fuel gage started going down like crazy. Luckily I decided to go back 19km and get fuel and come back. If I went without doing that would have gotten stuck in the middle of no where. :p

yeah last time i use endurance now trying to bring in yoshi titan carbon pipe and try to make it legal... maybe my contacts can do the paperwerk for me...

u got a powerful pipe but to release itz full potential u need to change ur mainjet and pilotjet with a carb with bigger inlet to give it more fuel...

hmm okay, btw, didnt know that cbr can use yoshi ? how much would it cost to bring in ? where you stay ah ? maybe can meet up someday teach me more abt this bike.

Btw once our needle just touch the "red" portion (I.e. reserve) there's about 2.5l left in the tank... so agar if throttle happy you'll get 30km/l which means reserve can last 60km... and still can move abit more. That's like going from hougang to clementi and back...

I remembered my was below the " red " potion - got to be careful ....... sometimes I rather go into the station buy $2 petrol then move off but that day got meeting so was in a hurry.... Haiz...........

just wondering,

in the bike registration/transfer slip, under Model of bike, it says CBR150R M.

for my previous bike, it only stated CBR150R.

anyone know what does the 'M' stand for?

cbr 150 got lots of performance pipe but not that popular in sg compare to spark and so on so getting a legal pipe is gonna be hard... cause shop dunt dare to invest a bike model that is not dat popular... but now i see our number increase so got chance le getting the cert with popular pipes in sg like GPR and YOSHI... and yes there is yoshi for cbr 150 gpr also got... other then this two popular pipe... u also got TYGA, ENDURANCE, DBS and many more...

Maybe there is a version of CBR150R that comes in here using Automatic Transmission. So, M stands for Manual. Just kidding.

man, u could be right!

coz i was searching and then i found some cars with A/T behind their models and cbr150 had M/T. but then if so, why add the M to the model only now. makes me wonder if the newer versions are like 'Modified' of the older versions or something..

maybe as auto gear bikes get more common, that's way to differentiate?

one day if some motorbike manufacturer decide to be funny and offer same model in auto & manual gears, the M will come in useful bah.

so far have only seen models like kups that offer manual & semi-auto gear though.

What do you mean by "semi-auto"?

Is it some kind like some A/T cars that has feature of handle shifter, which can be used to manually up&down the gear?

Nice. They bring in the new tech, that is only available on cars, soon on bikes as well. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Soon, Honda will change the Super 4 engine from VTEC to i-VTEC. LOL

I would use the word "innovative" instead of "funny".

Anyway, whats the left foot doing then?
