Wad dangerous? haiyo, bigger tires more grip. Better ma.

From what I heard from my friend, the front tire must match with the rear tire. For exampe, front 110 goes with rear 140, front 120 goes with ... etc. If mismatch, it will affect your cornering.

 

Another thing is the center of gravity (cg) is affected, since larger tire will raise the bike up slightly. This also affects the cornering.

of cos not too big, our front biggest i think is 80 but can use 120 at the back also. Cannot too big or small la.

where u change for 160 arhz.. now i comparing price mah.. btw ur one is make in japan hor? did u ask the shop u change abt battlax too.. juz comparing price..

Stock os 90/80 front 100/70 or 80 rear. I change mine at 160 at HKL. i think go ah boy change better. made in japan one.

my one is same as stock tire size.. my one made in japan one. actually i got ask the boss say which brand bt39 or tt900 better? he told me these 2 brand is equal fight. both around the same good. then he order tt900 for me is because tt900 is newly made. just made in japan in may 06. he say he unable get newer bt39 for me. anyway both the price is around the same so end up i change the tt900.

hehe.. mine also tt900 ;p .. anyway, juz asking.. how long will the tyres last before they get hard n slippery to use? i mean, after the date of manufacture, after how many mths will it get hard n dangerous to use?

ya, 160 should be fine.. alex brought me to the bike shop before de mah.. n servicing i only go planet but this time round maybe he nt specialse in selling his tyre more exp ba..

YES.. haha.. juz fix it yesterday.. abt 2weeks back sudden no power.. thus i change early for air fliter/sparks plug.. 28k km.. was waiting for 30 de.. that time 6 gear at most 90-100 veri random on speed top..

 

then i change le last week no power again.. thus i go MY that time nv go caltex straight pump vpower.. improve abit but changing of gear veri drag and underpower(when underpower its random, sometime ok sometime no power).. thus i ytd went down planet.. change EO.. ah chong say wash my cabreucator.. so i ok lor no choice mah no power..

 

wash le till today i feel much beter nt draggy.. but i till 28k km then encounter lei ur one so fast meh..

 

duno is i demand more power or not too.. like abit under power unless rev hard lah..

hmmm.. these days, i encountered like differences when riding my bike.. as in, on 1day, the bike feel so smooth while riding, so shiok. haha.. den the next day, like quite rough, although riding at abt the same rpm as the day before.. i duno wats happening.. i had just changed my spark plug n engine oil (castrol R4), so i dun tink got any prob wif these two.. any help? thanks

i wonder how come other countries can hit top speed 190km/h while mine highest i tried is only 140km/h n cant go any faster. Any idea how i can make it go faster must change wat cos mine everything is stock.

haha... actually my bike also always like tat one... somedays will very smooth, but somedays will like abit rough to ride.. i think is due the to warm up, coz i found out tat if moring i warm up my bike well, the bike will be smoother than if i arga arga warm up.

U should warm up ya bike well before using it. Then more smooth liao. Don't worry la.
