wat the difference between 110/80 and 100/80.. cos they gave me 110 while i saw stock is 100..

that is the width of the tyres. 110/80 is wider than 100/80. the 110 gives u better grip while cornering as compared to the 100..

Read about tires - what those numbers meant

CBR150R Spec

All these are based on the readings above:

Stock Front: 80/90 -> sidewall height = 64mm

Stock Rear: 100/80 -> sidewall height = 80mm

So if you decided to use a different size, in order not to raise the height (which might affect other stuffs):

For Front: 90/70 -> sidewall height = 63mm (no significant difference)

For Back: 110/70 -> sidewall height = 77mm (no significant difference)

or 110/75 -> sidewall height = 82.5mm (no significant difference)

If you are using 110/80 -> sidewall height = 88mm (8mm difference from spec). Your bike has been raised by 8mm, but probably not sigificant enough to notice it.

Btw, all these values are theoretical values - real life tires of different manufacturer may slightly offset the values a bit.

i wonder how come other countries can hit top speed 190km/h while mine highest i tried is only 140km/h n cant go any faster. Any idea how i can make it go faster must change wat cos mine everything is stock.

I thought this is only a bike meant for trpt.

Got power meh?

Maybe in the foreign countries, they don't care, just whack till it die, then scrap.

Those people got cheap cars as trpt anyway.

The model is designed for efficency fuel consumption and posture friendly. Trying to tailgate a RS or TZM and bring down the machine down at coners are simply asking for trouble. The tyres profile as mentioned by some experienced bro in the last 2 page had stated clearly. The rim is slim n light to reduce weight and improve consumption whereas RS have wider wheel base, designed to nego coners gracefully. Ride safe :thumb:

since you guys say the tyres change bigger is better.. so why do you all change the front tyre to 80? isnt it smaller than the stock one? so is there a recommended or optimum sizE? i thinking of changing tyres too.. skid yesterday but was lucky to maintain my balance til i regain control.

tyres size for the front i think is 90 ma. hahaha. Some of them like different size one ma. Smaller size can cup lower lor. Big one no need cup so low and more balance lor. but small one gives better accelation. :smile:

for me now is from gear 2 onwards if i change at ard 6-7k rpm, nxt gear will drop to around 5k+ rpm.. the power is like totally dragging.. unless i rev hard to 7.5k etc then change gear n fast then rpm wont drop much.. but nt as much as 2-2.5k.. but what i feel is dragging of bike for changing gear n accelratin for now..
