Actually, if the guy is meddling/stealing the bikes, then must try to catch him. Call police or friends try to subdue him.

 

Reason very simple, today he escape, tomorrow he will wack some other bike. Could be my bike.

I caught one lousy fella stealing my stickers. Around parkway (parade) building there, late fri night. Riding RXZ chinese guy who talk like drunk. I ask him to return my stickers and told him not to go round stealing other ppl's bike stuff. His excuse was someone told him mine was stolen bike thats why he was lifing stuff off it. Wat utter rubbish lousy mabok fella
