Hey guys, another update from Rudy in his fb post...

Do add him at Rudyra Aesthetics if u wanna see his works & grooming package. CNY grooming slots is limited due to overwhelming demand. Those interest, pls contact him at 82364479.

Latest package from him,

Xclusive Glass Coating Package. To know more abt this package, do call/text him for details.. I just tried this package n its better than High Definition Grooming n the best part, it comes with 4x free showers n there's installment plan..

My conclusion, he's the best detailer n really make it affordable for us... Its been proven with the positive comments on him...:)

Just went to look for Rudy today and decided to try his new Glass coating package. When he wheeled his trolley up to the washing bay, he enthusiastically showed me his new product and asked if i saw the facebook video he posted, which i did, and was the reason why i decided to take up the package.

He started as usual, washing the rims first, working from bottom up. This being my second time engaging his service, i know what to expect and excused myself for lunch, leaving the bike in his care. When i came back, he was already done washing the bike, and i thought he had already started waxing the bike, because it looked so clean already by my standards, but he hasn't.

He proceeded to apply a cleaning wax on the white fairing to get rid of the almost unoticeable black spots. then applied another layer of HD wax and then the sealant. Last but not least, he applied the Glass coating. He then came back with a small bucket of water and ask me "bro, your choice, pour where?" to which, i blur, then i say "fuel tank lor". He poured the bucket of water on the fuel tank, then when rims and the mirror and the windshield. This Glass coating is really something... the water just glides off and drips to the floor. For those droplets that do not drip off due to angle, you just blow, and the water skims right off, leaving no trace. Happily paid, then chit chat a while and left to go home.

When i left, it was raining, and i was damn sian, cos just spent money on grooming then like that rain, sure dirty again. When i rode into the MSP at my place, i just took my cloth and wiped the bike dry. When i wiped finish, the bike looked like as if still just after grooming condition, but my cloth super dirty. Turns out, all the grime and dirty water all just gets on the cloth, but doesn't stick to the bike due to the glass coating. I am definitely a happy customer!

RIDE.

I will pay total $120 for this glass coating package. Rudy has an instalment package which is $60 for the first visit, then $15 each for the 4 free bike wash over the next 4 weeks. Rudy says the product can last around 6 months, but as he just started introducing it, i can't say if it can indeed last 6 months. But after watching how Rudy works, and chitchatting with him, i trust him enough to take a chance with the new product. The previous time i went was to do HD waxing only, and that one lasts 3 months and cost $45, but the water-repelling definitely loses to the glass coating. FYI, if you do glass coating, it's actually 'upgraded' version of HD waxing.

Perhaps, if you think glass coating is too high price for first time, you can try the HD package first. If you're satisfied after that, then you can make a better decision.

Rudy has a facebook page, Rudyra Aesthetics. You can take a look at a video demo he posted on the glass coating, and also check out some of his works there.

Sanfu Motor That's the best washing plus polish n claying. Got good seat while waiting n watch video. Free drinks

Did my nightster done there earlier this month. About $60-70 :) Chill at the room (at the side) with video that has the fridge with drinks for customer. There is a grooming specialist who does the job so not just a mechanic who does foam washing (which once I did and there is a story to that).

Mine was probably the last bike before Rudy goes for his well deserved break. Picked up my bike at 11pm just now. I've never seen my bike so clean before. I can't believe how shiny my chain is. I can even see the reflections on the tank.

Can't wait to try his glass coating next time.
