Thanks guy for all your replies.

It's the bolt which is causing the problem. The leak is very minor..I went back to the mech and he told me next time during servicing, he changed a new bolt for me. He said it normal as these bolts from thailand not so good and will wear off as the time goes by.

as long as it don leak too much, it is ok i think..

Anyway, thanks so much for all your advise..

Hmm. actually the all bolt are all the same . Made in copper. sometime it the mech/ownself had it cross tread( Bolt need to be change.Less then $10) . Another is the copper washer. (over tighten ).Lastly if your bike old or over heated ,gasket will be the one u have to look into. Those r some problem i had met.

Thank Sn3ll. I will let my mech take a look and will remmeber your point. My bike is only 2 years old. Will ensure that he fixed the problem. I believe mine is due to the bolt and the copper washer. But can't do anything until change engine oil.

Thanks again :)

What is the problem actually?. Very sad la..i neva stalled before..the engine die by itself sia...sad sia..izzit becos of runnin in? or the engine is still new? or the carburretor? or petrol neva go in? :help: ...Thx in advance...peace :)

since ur fren help u adjust the rpm already but the prob still there... dan tink is the carburretor fuel pin nv giv in the petrol... run in and engine new dun giv tis prob 1... u can go check ur fuel pin... or mayb the easiest way is the warm up for abt 10min everytime b4 u ride, c if the rpm still drop below 0.5 or not... cos rpm muz b above 0.5 dan the engine wun stall by itself... cos norm if u nv warm up the rpm will b very low, can try tis 1st if not go check ur fuel injection pin...

Hello guys,

just an update.

I brought my bike for servicing on monday. I didn't change any nut or gasket for my bike. My mech. was telling me that the nut may have been modified by previous owner before and cause the leak.. he filed away some portion for me and now it fit well inside. Now, there is no more leak and everything is fine.

thank you all for your advices and suggestions. Really appreciate it.

same prob for ma 2nd hand. but by da time, i wanna go back to shop, warranty finish oadi

but for u ar, go back shop n SCREW em upside dwn coz ure da rightful customer n ure still under warranty. no need to b scared. or bring 1 muscular fwen, to act like ur body guard krekre. they sure pee in their pants

so...here r some stuff which i did, u may try:

1. change the carb pin think abt $18-30 (might be lesser depending if u want 3rd party)

2. check ur choke cable. mine had a black thingy layer. becoz of tis layer, i cant start da bike.

so they juz remove the layer, n can start oadi OR buy new cable lor.

3. check ur petrol input, increase it if u need too (after u change da carb pin of coz)

4. n spark plug/cable (its not juz for da ignition part)

5. battery weeak? hehe

hope it helps.

btw. bro, can PM me hw much u bought, wat plate n frm which bike shop?

Hello Guys,

I go to "friendship" motorshop. It is at Alexandra and facing queenway shopping centre. the only one there.

Frankly, i don feel that their price is cheap..but their service is good and i have been going back many times. If you r performing cheap servicing or repair, you can look for them..if expensive one, better to compare first with other shops.

One thing I like is, they are more friendly and work long hours. They are even open on sunday until 3pm. The boss is also the mechanic with another worker.

If you know what u want for your bike, u can send ur bike there for repair. Sometime the boss will tend to recommend things which I think i don't need it. Hope this info. is helpful to all of you.

Topic : 125z smoke machine

Description : Nil

********************************************************************

sheesh my bike gives off smoke more than a buring house does... can anyone help me out here... i just change my spark plug to denso from ngk and everything dosen't seem to go right from there... have to pull choke to start everyday, gives off white smoke the smoke machine at zouk... what usually causes 2 stroke bike to give off lots of smoke..?!

Posted

go to a mechanic & ask him to adjust the 2T intake. Then ask him to adjust the jetting of air also. just tell the mechanic there's a lot of smoke, can lower. he will know wat to do. Or can use premix which is best for 125Z.

premix...? if fuel/2t ratio wrong can cause more damage rite? like troublesome only... what's thebest spark plug and 2t to run on 125z...?

not damage ah. but performance not there ah if you put too much 2T.

the best is lesser 2T but less 2T means more prone to piston jam & seize. Vectorone recommends premix for 125Z.

for spark plug, use NGK. I once bought an expensive spark plug from japan. knn. less than 24hour riding, fouling already. so just buy the normal NGK one.

2T the best i dunno ah. shuld be the more expensive it is the better for eg. Esso 2T gold. If budget best would be motul 2T.
