what could be leaking? i working till next monday before i can go and bike shop and check. is it safe to ride my bike? i manage to travelled from geylang back to jurong after the accident.

Bro i doubt most of the folks here are not mechanics.

Nor more importantly are they psyhics to "see" ur bikes problems.

 

I strongly suggest u bring ur bike to the reputable mechanic or at least to the nearest motorshop to find out the problem.

any reputable bike shop on the west side? think maybe my sport rim bend. when i let go it rattle left and right, then swerve to the right but not sure is it may be becos of the road uneven or the wind. is it normal? how much is it to change sport rim?

u can try hua chin or is it hwa chin at bukit batok, its near the sbs depot and the vicom inspection centre. service is okay ah.

when i stop at traffic light, my engine idling speed seem ok. but sometimes, the moment the light turn green and i turn on my throttle, then my engine die. anyone encounters this? the others i read is like slowly die off leh, but mine is turn throttle then die.

did u turn ur throttle super fast as in open very big?? tat will result in flooding the carb.. try servicing ur carb

hi guys,

 

yesterday on labour day, iw ent to change my EO as i fely my bike was quite sluggish..

 

however after changing, i felt like my bike got even more sluggish..

 

and reaching 120 is already a chore when i could reach easily..

 

i was using NGK sparkplug and mobil EO..

 

i changed to Fuchs Silkolene 15w-50 and a denso iridium plug..

 

wat terrified me just now, after watching a movie, i found tat a screw was loose.. i tot someone tried to fiddle wit my bike.. so i tightened it..

 

however, i noticed tat it was the vibration caused it to loosen..

 

as to wat i undastand.. if ters too much of vibration.. its the pistons..

 

so am i due for a overhaul?? and wat price range am i looking at??
