donno if we'll get the same shape. but the resemblance to the cbr6 and cbr1 is kinda cool, way better than the current skinny look.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

europe's cbr125r is nothing more than the exact same thailand made cbr150r, sleeved down to 125cc to meet their regulations for 16-18 yr old riders.

which is why i wondering if the europe new design will also be used for the 150cc sold locally.

is the cbr 150r considered a lady's bike?

because i'm thinking of getting one. but most of my friends say more girls ride it than guys. is it true?

First post, welcome tangtang

Sound true, saw at least 3 lady ride in my area WL liao, maybe is the low seat height, light weight n ease of maintenance, 4 stroke, no need 2T oil, majority still guys but not for long as they usually upgrade to class 2A, 2 bike like S4 ver S after get 2A ...

haha thanks WarLord.

i've been comparing between the nsr150sp and the cbr150r. just cant make up my mind though.

does the nsr150sp give a lot of problem since its such an old bike?

i also saw a cbr150r at a motorbike shop but the mileage is about 41k. is it considered normal for an FZ plate and the uncle quote me 3.5k for the bike without insurance yet? worth it or not?

dont buy from shop.. someone selling here.. abt the same price and FBB plate. Go look @ the garage sale..

go for a CBR.. lesser problem.. though starting cost is high.. but only need to wrry abt EO and sparkplug.

SP can get at 1.5k.. but problems surface alot of times... not i bullshitting.. but u can ask around...

this is my 2 cents.. can go read the CBR 150 thread.. I personally am a cbr owner.. :thumb:

There is no replacement for displacement, except for Ah Seng

Tried riding the cbr150 b4. That was the first time I felt like falling asleep while riding a "sportsbike" zzz

it's a smooth ride + save petrol... fun ride, but slow... lol

juz my own opinions.

its a nice ride..am running in one now...fuel economical and good handling...

good bike to start off with due to the low maintainance :thumb:

it doesnt mean that i am slow when i do not overtake you, its just that im not in the mood  :thumb:

the new cbr seems nicer for the front. but if the tail were to make it much bigger will be better. at least can fight head on with the yamaha 125

I own the new cbr125r . . headlight is cool, fairing is cool but problem is its way too skinny from far...i only realise this few days after i bought it.This bike is realli only for fun ride and transportation nothing else because i got to admit its slow.. 4th gear can onli fetch to 80km/hr. sixth gear seems useless. Top end struggle to only onli 120km/hr. SLOW. But it saves petrol one litre can travel around 35km. It will be a fantastic bike for beginners but they will somehow start to yearn for bigger n more powerful bike like me. GG for class 2A soon and i going to sell this bike very very soon. Perhaps get myself a cbr400r or RVF400 ...

Oh ya regarding whether they will produce the cbr150 with cbr125r look. Its possible...the difference in cbr125r n cbr150r is not much. Possible to mod the cbr125r and upgrade to 150cc in Thailand or JB but what for? but waste money only ha..
