he has consider very2 fortunate, imagine if a truck rolling down oncoming speeding at a blind.

 

Tempting as it might. My frd riding blackbird fell to due a long stretch of sand covering the entire lane. To make matters worse, it was a blind spot u-turn corner which has no way of escaping.

care to put up? the 2 kup corner chase video cannot see scenary :angel:

Most of the videos is on the corners. Scenary wise, we took a few but private viewing only. :lol: Got censorship..

Very good quality video. And very timely too cos I just did the Gerik Highway twist-ies over National Day and immediately after, my first thoughts were about riding the 1864 twist-ies of Mae Hong Son.

 

Tks for the biking wet dreams. Planning Mae Hong Son for 08 or 09 but before that squeezing in Samui and South Asia.

Someday, home will be where my front wheel points.

Tks for the advice bro. MHS is probably a year or two away for me. By then I don;t know if I'll be doing it on my FZS600 or another bike. Would a Busa be a bad choice? haha!

 

Advice on Gerik:

I think you've done MHS I'd day this would be easier but just got to be careful not to get carried away and watch out for some of the on-coming vehicles. Best is to ride it in the morning. Less traffic and you'll enjoy the cool weather and the queit.

We started the route from Jeli cos we rode up from Kuala Terengganu. Some riders actually start from Kota Bahru, Kelantan. In actual fact, the whole East-West highway actually starts from one of the borders with Thailand.

 

Best advice I'd say is ride East to West and then turn around and do West to East. Then you can make a thrid trip if you want. Tasik Banding has a nice resort so you might want to stay the night there.

 

Would be glad to meet up for teh if you want to know the exact route we took.

 

Ride safe. Ride hard. And may we have a chance to ride together!

 

PS: Gerik is Gerek!
