Mean looking the next generation V-MAX should probably be out next year as a 2007 model bike

this was release in Tokyo motorshow....it a prototype, dates yet to be release, all vmax riders are awaiting for its arrival.....

 

For me depends, I may go for the B king if it arrives first....

the exhuast look like it borrowed the idea from honda X4....they just add 1 more per side...below a picture of the discontinued x4, meant to be built to destroy Vmax reputation as a muscle bike but never came close to anything like the Vmax....

but the x4 is like using in-line engine!!!as in the pic......how can a in-line cruiser be better than a v-twin....for me v-twin is the best....it rocks...and the exhaust resembles the new v-max a lil....but its far from it the v-max's exhaust rocks!! the x4 wants to destroy the v-max?....maybe in a loong loong time......................V-max rock

4th June......the launch of the all powerful V-Max in Europe.

Hoping to get one when it reach Singapore. (Provided it cost less than $26k).

 

Actually I hoping the new vmax engine CC can be like 1200cc, because the expected 1800cc is going to cost alot in Singapore road tax.

 

There is a special key for the new vmax, where you can unleash the beast full power (maybe 280hp)! Something like what the suzuki GSX1000/B-king has

wet/dry/sport power mode.

Estimated SG$35k...thats abit too steep for my budget.

Was thinking it could be in the B-King range.

I just wrote in the HongLeong today to indicate that I would like to reserve one.

I hope HL will have some price estimate soon.

Seems like Europe and America are all on the booking system and Yamaha Japan will built the exact numbers of bike as per received bookings.

 

Its a very nice bike that I have being waiting for the past 15years..since I last sold mine in 1993. The memories were good and I wish to relive those days.

If nothing goes wrong, The new V-max may be able to launch at the Singapore Motorshow 2008 @ Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre tomorrow afternoon, V-max lovers may wish to find out more, cheers :)
