yep dis yr the M1 has lotsa entry speed compared to the dukes but wat they lack of is top end speed.....

stoner even complain dat the duke wobbles when entering a corner due to the aero dynamics dat is design for straights n not for cornering but yet it pays off...

Notice only Stoner's Duc wobbles that hard?....tat kid is pushing the Duc to be be fair. Before he came into the squad, Loris was the one pushing the 990 Duc until it was wobbling...Troy Baylis, Carlos Checa and Sete Gibernau could not.

It's sad to see Stoner doing that to Loris now, but oh well....."In a long river, the new waves pushes the old waves down the river", crudely translated from a Chinese proverb

sounds very familiar with how i practiced when charn taught me this stuff.

as for ur questions with the knees....it depends. during a race, say breaking at turn 1, front riders will open their leg more then u can imagine to block riders at their back, forcing riders to take tighter and riskier lines often leading to mistakes.

as a track day rider, ur leg should be pretty much closed all the time. more grip to the bike, more stability.

for the blipping question, it depends again...say pg turn 2. approaching 5th gear full throttle......close throttle and brake at 100m mark, drop gear just before entry....here, when u blip, ur throttle wont be shut when u release clutch, but maybe 50% open. can be done as there is rolling speed.

but turn 3, when u drop gear,4th to 3rd, after blip, throttle shut when release clutch, 3rd to 2nd, throttle about 20-30% open when release clutch.

myself at turn 3, i close throttle.....clutch in, blip twice as i drop 2 gears at once, open throttle when release clutch.

the bike jerking forward opens when i loose too much speed(when i brake too early).

hmmm. exactly the same thing i do, but then again i'm still slower than you, haha!

if only i can do just wonders like u guys......blip,dwnshift,throw arse, knee scrapping at the same time...haiz.........need more practice..........
