ah okie... so the 2 days 1 night chalet is still gonna stay right?

Bro, now we're looking at the best possible location and maybe big place to cater for the event.

 

What we're planning is a open invitation to all our advertisers for sponsor somewhere around Oct period.

 

Meanwhile what we've discuss thus far is that we're going for CONFIRMED attendance list! i.e Cub Community members has to sign up for the event, pay a nominal sum of $5/person. What he'll be getting will be;-

• 1 x goodie bag consisting of key chain, SBF tee, stickers, discount coupons, & many more to add in once we've the figures.
  
• BBQ food & drinks
  
• Good deals (for that day only)
  
• Lucky Draw (will come out the list)
  
• Games (grp of cub model mixtures : 4 / team)
  

 

It has to be very very very worth it & tempting for Cub members to sign up once things are in place.

 

So, what u guys need to push is for this event awareness and also more members to vote for the event so that it'll be successful.

IMO, in order to 'promote' the event... the emphasis should be...

 

"5 bucks for a great bbq meal..."

just my two cents...

 

a chalet is favourable. but to accomodate 50-80 ppl, thats quite a lot even for Aloha Loyang. unless at least 25% are staying over and the rest are only here for the bbq then its not too bad. coz 50 - 80 ppl, we assume at least 50 bikes... parking will also be a prob too.

 

i will suggest we plan out the budget and cost involved before commiting a price for the members.

price shouldnt b a prob la... wats important is dat we post the post up first and gather the pax... once we get a confirmed number guess dat will b good! fasten process alot and things will all come into the picture easily

 

as for the chalet program, wat i feel la... if following zorom's programm i think it might b abit too packed on the day itself...

as for the parking issue its not much of a prob from wat i know the aloha chalets u can get those a garden of its own! with dat it can accomodate up to 100 shouldnt b a prob la but need to section the area properly

as for aloha loyang... the carpark space is quite spacious..

these are all to be assigned.. we are still in the stage of locating a good area to house all the bikes. Only after we have comfirmed the location den we will come out with the name list.
