I changed both speedo and clutch cable for $14 so dont know the exact price so the price i put is only a rough gauge.

actually I don't get what you mean by back of seat. Pillion's backrest? or you want a sissy bar like what madman is selling? check out whats a sissy bar and you may just get it from him instead of doing some funny mods of your own and end up clueless

The stock Pillion Backrest can be rewrapped, to different colours/materials/hardness, or the whole backrest can be removed, or replaced with a Sissy Bar (go Google it if you dont know). There are PLENTY of mods for the Phantom - but i suggest you get your bike, invest in good riding gear, and get experience in riding first. Mod later.

riding gear means your helmet, long pants, gloves, covered shoes and preferably jacket..

exhaust cost from 100 to 600 depending on what type.

Rebuilding a suspension is more logical.

Thats because its a 1" beach bar, not the custom4 handlebar.
