All about cruiser fuel consumption : http://www.motorcyclecruiser.com/tech/0905_crup_motorcycle_fuel_economy/index.html

On Windshield , they said "A properly designed windshield offers better protection and reduces drag." so i think the angle and height of the windshield must be customised for individual riders for it to be useful.

For more inspiration , see how a Dutch fella customised his Wave/spark and got an astonishing 90km/L ! :

apart from comestic reasons, it is not practical to have a windshield installed for a phantom...

you only experienced windblasts at speeds above 140kmh... do you ride at such speeds in sg?

even my TA150, although it hits 140kmh easily, it is not a good idea to stress the engine for long peroids, afterall it's only a 2b bike...

if your bike can cruise at 150-170kmh easily, and you often ride up north, then it is more practical installing a windshield.

going at such speed constantly, w/o a windshield tires a rider very fast...

Class 2B - 26/03/2009

Class 2A - 01/06/2010

Class 3 - 10/07/2009

Rides(s)

1) Honda TA150 - 20/04/2009 to 31/08/2014

2) Honda CB400 Ver S - 12/07/2014 to ???

Got it. I not going to install one. One other reason is that i like the feeling of wind in my face.

I like that :cheeky:

I enjoyed the wind blast riding a naked bike at 160km/h... the feeling of hanging on for your life... is something that reminds me that I am very much alive :thirsty:

most dual shocks are interchangeable... as long as the mounting points are of the same size... but take note of the length of the shock... you won't want a phantom-turn-scrambler right...? :cheeky:
