Have anyone fix the ABS that ah koon is selling on your phantom..

the ABS give the same purpose as will not lock ur wheel..

but the effect is always there not like those real 1 that will actival when ur wheel is locked..

and the con of koon's ABS is that it will increase ur braking distance...

I have never liked Always Buang System...

Practice using more front brake than rear brake. Will be useful when you go for your class 2a/2 TP.

Start building your confidence for E.brake course now.

yes! there are no abs bikes at driving centres! :cheer:

Hehehe.. well my recent skidding is because i jammed brake my front too much and lost control. so i tot if got abs i will have more control as the wheel wont lock... If you got control i think distance also you can counter it by trying to turn right or left lor... Cos once your wheel lock.. you turn your bike only sure buang...

abs can fail, even electronic ones... by depending on them you would probably take braking late for granted...

Ride more to understand your bike ;-)

Hmm look like ABS really not a gd choice...

Ok next question. Have anyone did a full overhaul of the bike at planet? Change all gears and engine block... how much in total they charge and how long it take? Will ah chong T-Loan a bike while the overhaul take place?

no ah chong cannot t-loan a bike... :cheeky:

for such a massive task... the complete rebuild should be approaching 1k... assuming you replace all the parts... :giddy:

i duno if there's a prob with the installation, but the other time i changed at planet, whenever i wash bike, water will keep leaking out from underneath the lining. =/

That should be a good thing isn't it? If not the spaces under the chrome cover will be water logged

That lining is not there to keep things water tight but to stop the speedo chrome cover from rattling against your tank.

eh? but the previous lining wasnt like this before. i tot it was supposed to be dual role. ):

Dual role? So you want to keep water in or keep it out?

If you want to keep water in... for drinking?

If you want to keep it out... The water seeps in more from else where... :dot:

Usually the common ones are Metzler and Pirelli (dunno if i got the spelling correct) :cheeky:

I am using the Pirelli Demon; got it done @ Unique.

Hahahaha... Ok ok.. but the list not listed. So anyone know wat is the price like for the whole speedo?

Think i saw it @ Ah koon on monday; perhaps u can get and re-spray ureself? perhaps black or something?
