hey guys,

have any of u guys ever experience like taunt by other vehicle before?

Don't bother being taunted when you're on this bike, unless you did it so stepped up that provoked the real ones come to taunt you.

 

not that i care.. but if it's too much.. f*** them back..

On 400 normally can just outpace them and leave them and your bothers behind

 

thanks bro. here is my story. just now in the evening was at ECP on my way home, then suddenly got this lorry speed up and was near to me. as the lorry was carrying a bulky item and i had a pillion on board, i had to switch lane and increase my speed so as to lose the sight of the lorry. to my horror the lorry kept tailgating me. so i cant take it anymore and increase more of my speed. was going at 110km/h and still the lorry was following but not at the back. this time side by side. wah piang. in the end gave up because i saw this sign saying 'speeding kills'. there after i shake my head n gave way. switch back to the 3rd lane and the passenger looks like a foreign worker smile at me. i smile back:sian:. the bulky item like wanna break sia. so flimsy

WIth a passenger, don't go so fast. Think for your passenger before you read signs that reminds you instead A way to taunt them back is to slow down to gear 1 speed and then maybe 0km/h, dismount the bike and look at whats "wrong" with your bike. Doubt they've the patience to play along and horn their way out and away from you..

 

i usually ride with a similar way.

BUT. bubble ALWAYS burst!

I'd always give way especially the M'sian vehicles. Not worth being involved in an accident with them when you know its almost 0% of getting a claim successful from their insurer..

Whatever it is, we are riding bikes and need to exercise caution and keep our emotions in check. Let the SOB taunt u for all they want coz importantly u just wanna reach to ur workplace. Ride defensively, pay no heed to the taunting. If it gets to u, slow down and let them pass. If u take to heart, u will naturally wanna do something back in return which might make u do stupid things....

So chill yah bro.....remember this lesson so that when next its ur turn to ride a big bike, dun do like what was done to u.

Next time, if ur instincts says trouble, lane change and let him pass. ECP and West Coast Highway.....so many lorries speed. Remember bro, ride defensively.....its 2 lives thats in ur hands. If it helps.......i always ensure that theres a "bubble" ard me when i ride. Whenever a car penetrates the bubble and if i can find another safer path, i find a new "bubble". Dun follow closely and never let another vehicle follow u closely too.

 

oh.. u should say it was trucks .. different class bro.. even truck driver afford to go for jail.. i cant afford to lose my life or limb.. and cant sue the ******* as most probably he'll go bankrupt.

 

 

always met idiot drivers (taxi and saloons) at toa payoh... when right lane is full of cars waiting to turn right.. and yet they still stop on left to pick up/drop off... blocking the whole road..

 

for me.. i utilize hella supertone to the max..

Yesterday, whilst after doing my site check, had some time to spare as dont want to head back office so early.

 

So, @ the MSCP, I:

 

1) Re-insulate taping a section of the coil of wires leading to the headlight & meters;

2) Adjust the fork brace to slightly higher position, so no more trapped mini debris;

3) Tidy up the rear box brake & signal indicators wires that are taping to the original wires.

 

Got a satisfaction out of it... heheh..

 

P.S. SNapEl, I realise the connectors can be dislodge, & managed to join the wires in. So now, a neater wiring @ the connectors there.

comments? i think it would be under utilized. Think it'l cost like 200? why dun you give her a back rub occasionally or get the leg massager thing. better if its a whole chair although i know its rather expensive.
