Wow! Interesting advertorial!

guys/gals...another interesting chain story..dont let this happen to you..

when was the last time you have cleaned your bike chains...????

if u cannot answer this immediately.....hey most probably your answer is..

so looooong ago..cant remember ...some may say need to clean meh??????????

if that is the case..i suggest you check your chains condition..

recently came across one bike during installation of the ezzyoiler..the front sprocket cover is missing..

on further enquiries was told the chain snapped and it all ended rolled up at the front sprocket and broke the cover..fortunately no one was hurt..thats why he came after replacing the chain/sprockets.

so dont let this happen to you..get your chains maintained properly..

i love my ezzyoiler

hey guys, i like to feedback as a fellow forum member. Maybe mods like Kev will like to listen to it. i have nothing against ezzyoiler (i know who is he) or his products. i also know ezzyoiler also has a official thread is CMO section and garage sales section.

i will appreciate if ezzyoiler keeps his reviews, advertisement, promotions of his product strictly in these 2 proper threads.

mods pls look into this matter and advice. thanks.

2 oilers doing the same task= cleaning and oiling chains..

Different !!!! One oiler so super cheap another one is super expensive..

Say, if I install either of the oilers and I rarely ride because most of the time its parked. Won't it be redundant because I sometimes ride once a month? Maybe if it caters to my needs I can consider installing one for the long run.

hoho..u still need to clean chains...

u r welcome to area 51..and many examples of bike lovers who seldom go for ride..

A chain oiler just keeps your chain lubricated, it doesn't clean it. Road grime will still accumulate on it. I finally got down to cleaning my chain thoroughly a couple weeks back; it was black at first and bright gold when I was done. Having a chain oiler will save you time spent on manually lubricating the chain, but time still needs to be spent cleaning it from time to time.

I personally do not mind lubricating my chain manually since it gives me a chance to inspect it and give the rear of the bike a once over.

oh.. oiler lubricates but not clean...???????????????

may be your standard of cleaniless goes to the ppm level..

to me it does clean...but then the rubbish get thrown off the chains and some land on the rims/tyres..it is so much easier to clean rims than chains..

for most if the rollers shine and have a lube film..that is considered clean..

you are welcome to inspect my bike chains..and i can demonstrate how the chains are being cleaned by an oiler..

by the way how much time u spend on cleaning the chains...? just curious to know.

haha you have a point there..

but then with time...the chains really look like a lot of sheet in it...a lot of exAMPLES In my carpark..

so getting an oiler will definitely be better than no oiler..

many i spoke to gave this reason..i dont ride a lot...so i dont need the maintenace ...

to me that is to say...i dont maintain my bike properly..because i dont ride that much??? now this sound funny right..?
