Hi everyone, i was actually at the Honda Sonic event when the bike was revealed to public. In fact i got to see it the day before the event. I was wondering what the Japanese engineers would say when they see the bike. Well, i had a good laugh anyway.......the sad thing is the person who is responsible for "designing" this bike happens to be a very good friend of mine. Dont worry about horse power or safety cos it wont move....and took like 4 person to lift it up the truck.

Thats not all, my good friend was not going to quit so easily, for the recent Yamaha event, he unvealed his next work of art. Once again questions were asked....."can it move?"........"why so many shocks?"....."is it safe?" Once again, he succeeded in providing some humour for what would have been a another sterotype show of cubs. Anyway i have attached a pic of my friend's latest creation.

On the other hand, if you ignore the engineering aspect of the design, at least appreciate the amount of work, time, money and effort put in. Also these are show bikes not meant for road use so it wouldnt endanger anyone.

Akront, do let ya fren know that he's a genius! (well, at least that's what I think!)

Great and TWO :thumb: :thumb: . BTW, hope you'll continue having good sales of yr rear sets.. Pity I can't get mine done up by you cos of some prob...

CHeers!

Topic : Need helpp fpr my 125zr modification

Description : Nil

********************************************************************

Hi ! To all Singaporeans...and all the yamaha 125z/zr riders...

Im new in this clubs...and i hope we all can share in how to modify our 125z to the limit....actually im just using 125zr for abt half a year ago, bought somewhere in july 2005...because my previous X-1 (yamaha ss2-(malaysia call it so) ) is missing...or stolen...luckily got insurance money back...

125z is just impressive, the best among all cub i think....its powerful, stable and nice looking....spare parts also cheap and available everywhere in malaysia...

So far, i only change my exhaust pipe to AHM Pro Racing Exhaust, 135 cc (RX-Z) carburetor and install a Racing air chamber....previously i only use bm power exhaust, and a sport air cleaner and i reach top speed 170 km/h 2 person....with original carb...

now waiting for my powerjet carb to come.....plan to do block porting after CNY....hehe.....

Well, im so impressed by the professional way of singaporean in modifying bike like the

M-1, R-1 etc.....in my place its not available...

Bro, btw, if you're really interested in the M-1/ R-1/ K-1 mods, you can buy them and have them freight over to you... They work on new cylinder/ head etc, so your bike don't have to be here to be able to get those kits done..

Anyway, I dun know them personally, not earning any commission or anything to do with them.. And I haven't tried their kits before. A couple of fellow forummers here are using their kit, so maybe can get more feedback from them.

So contact the shop via email if you need more details.. Cheers

quite true ah. i tried riding my bike(stock) up till 170 at tuas checkpoint bridge. not that fast. just a scary cause of the wind blowing you sideways & fear of potholes & objects on the road.

Living is the only thing worth dying for.
