Saw a film shooting on the road between NTUC building and One Raffles Quay near Lao Pa Sat.

And the girl is riding black Vmax burning out her rear tyre !!!

 

Wondering who is the owner of those Vmax, there are 2 Vmax, I guess one is back-up ...

I saw them on the Robinson Road side yesterday at 6.50 pm when I was riding home. I thought it was a commercial shoot.

Was she a big/huge girl?? She must been quite tough to handle the Max plus do a burnout...

hmm ... not exhibiting good example. Riding a bike like that .. doing a minor stint .. not wearing proper gear! Maybe leathers are too hot for her! Then again lucky she was not wearing too little ... then it'll be the usual bimbo on bike! Oh well .. its not in the US so don't think there are any worries about insurance claims. Oh .. I wonder if she has insurance riding the bike? Riding on gazzeted road I reckon she should need insurance .. :)

They are shooting a commercial for maybelline..... (Cosmetics) :cheeky:

 

Remember the post at SVOG looking for silver/gunmetal Vmax?

 

One of the bike is Matt black with stripe...... (Guess who?) The other one is Carbon fiber.

 

They got a handsome payout for 2 day's work. Let me see if I can get some more pictures. :cheer:

Surprisingly a small girl, I think 2 guys hold the fork from the front side when she started the burn-out.

But I admit she handle the max well, coz, when she released the front brake, it looks a huge challenges to keep the max goes straitght..

oh i saw them filming too! but gosh.. it was raining real badly today...

 

I saw a Vmax in the ORQ building too today, wonder if one of you is the owner?

Heard from 'sources' they burned out the clutch too!!! Looks like most of the $$$ will be spent.........

'Some V-Max owners love the Royal gears. Changes their(Vmax) final ratio in the opposite direction, so the engine doesn't redline as quickly and can cruise at speed with less rpms. Ours(refer to Royalstar owners) are just the opposite - we need more rpm in 4th and 5th gear. The swap is an easy DIY - not even a project, but I would caution anyone who tries to change the ring and pinion gears themselves. You have to know what you are doing to get it right. Some will question the accuracy of the ODO/Speedo after changing the gears. Not a problem - the sensor counts teeth on the original driveshaft pinion gear and sends that info to the ignition and speedo.'

woah... congratz for your vmax :cheer: so fast change your bike. i saw orange vmax at everbright. the salesman quote me 5k, FJ plate if i am not wrong.
