Only at AMK NTUC Hub and Hougang Point. One of the mototiam (next to Glen Motor doing Scooters etc) in Kallang Bahru (where LAB workshop is) also have..fix at $15.00.

Its Kallang Bahru lor..its opposite Singapore Casket..when you turn into that road...look on your right one more turn..you see an old industrial type setup...bikes workshop quite a few...if you know Tai Hin address..you got it!

 

NTUC sometime seow_siao promotion at $13.90 and lowest at $12.90...at least twice or three time a year.

hi guys. I have found the headers fellow already. Thanks to my frens for their help and a few fellow forum-ners.

 

Will Post out his number in a couple of days with his permission. I have already found out how he does his derusting and i find it very good and detailed. I might be helping him advertise on Sgbikes.com so please do give ur support when i do.

he told me its a typical job but a good and lasting one.

 

First he will sand down.

Then Wipe down.

After which a layer of Anti rust Primer will be layered.

On top of the anti rust primer will be a Hi temp Spray x 3.

 

He says all done with out taking out the headers or belly pan. Downside is that he will do the only visible parts to perfection, but thats what we all need dun we?

the header sure will rust one unless you change to after market full system (stainless steel) .....

Erm, roughly hw much does it cost???

it's common for your header to be like that..

 

either change to full system, solve the problem..

 

or spray high temp spray, temporary.. come back after a few months..

spraying high temp spray costs abt $20-40 at shop.. DIY for just the price of the high temp spray and sand paper..

Look for mrkan! Think he has some kang tao to get it fixed at a cheaper price than shops. Cheers.

sanding or not is up to u.. if lazy like me then nv sand, jus spray the hi temp.. hard working then sand le then spray of cos sand le can last longer..
