Minimum attire: Full face helmet, touring jacket with armour, Gloves, touring pants/jeans and a pair of boot.

PS: If you are wearing jeans please put on knee guards.

if u are grinding ur shoes, u are cornering low. it's a sign u are going too low. it's good but end up grinding ur exhaust, crash bar, knee.

 

suggestion: get a racing boot. i'll get one if i'm keeping this sport

I heard from a source that hanging off actually works. This practice weakens the C-forces pushing the rider outside of a turn. This thus eliminates some need for a rider to bank to clear a corner (saves parts from being scraped too) -- means his bike can be more upright whilst cornering.

 

And not to mention, it makes you look good on camera too

 

NOTE: I'm not sure whether Super 4's can allow this without major instability but if you really wanna try, my advice to all is do it on an off and un-controlled race track like PG -- and do it in increments too. If your tyres begin to slide, back off slowly: throttle and bank.

no lap time or what-so-ever.. we are too slow to clock. a grandfather clock will do.
