Alright, I've narrowed it down to just 2 dates.

21st (Saturday next week)

23rd (Monday, next 2 weeks)

16 may be too early, and 30th (as Palmer has noted) is a Hari Raya Haji extended weekend. Slight chance that there'll be plenty of other big bike riders too on the 30th.

Some points to consider:

- KeV says he can't make it for the 21st. Can consider unless the majority elects this date.

Let me know when you guys have decided on a date. Cmon! I need numbers! :dozed:

would also like to know if there's any photographer going to take down the memorable "My First Track Session".. next time they become famous racer liao then we can have a good laugh at those photos

Photos make good mementos :thumb:

Better still, we're still waiting for you to make your first few rounds on the racetrack dude. Mai tu liao! ;)

I suggest 30th ? Coz something happen... Bike in bike shop...might not come out so fast... :(

What happened to your bike, dude?

since its down to this 2 dates, i confirm pull out. will set up another template during dec.

enjoy guys.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

dragonforce: Well, I tried to accommodate, but I hope to see you next time dude. Gotta see my leave forecast too, too little leave days left.

Anyways, now it's either I put a set date, or push it forward to December if nobody's gonna reply soon. Why? In the past, when I plan for outings or sessions, a date too near and people have issues with taking leave. Hence, I have to leave a big buffer in between now and probable dates in the future.

Those dates are 21st and 23rd. What's your say, guys?

Thnx for the accomodation Bro. So that'll leave me to vote for 23rd(Monday).

However I respect other's decision if they choose 21st.

There's always another chance to go PG anyway.

Hope to really go for a feel on the track with my current ride... :)

thou now its heavily set up... :o

i'm fine with both dates but bias towards 21st as no need to take leave hehe.. anyway need not count my vote, afterall it's a s4 track outing =)

Weekend sessions are also not recommended either.

That's when most of the real lacers go out there to play, so you may have riders blasting past you at 200+km/h next to you.

erm.. based on previous sat sessions, not really a lot of people.. maybe only first 2 sessions are pack.. 11.30am onwards sessions should be quite empty..

May i offer my 0.002c of opinion

21st would be nt that bad as 22nd is a trackday so i guess most riders would go for TD instead..

But still, weekdays would be a better choice IMHO..

chaoz: Dont forget our date on the 26th..

Got some info so come n take a look .. :cheeky: Just to share my views after viewing some post from fellow riders..

I belive most of the S4 riders here are more of a tourer then track junkie like redbeacon . Since most of the riders are touer so most of u must have the basic gear gears that allow yourself to be in the track ..

Track is not nesscery for you to go fast n low n take timing or as experience like our oldbird redbeacon to go track. Its a very safe place for you to understand your bike n to improve your confidence. On normal road example this lean angle is your limit n you felt is very low , any lower u may crash .. Coz u r already at ur lean angle limit .. But at track it may just take you 70% or lesser effort n u are already at that lean angle . In fact u can even lean lower n still feel comfortable .. Thus by doing this u had understand ur bike n also improve yourself .. Next time while touring if u enter abit too hot on road n u saw a double apex u wont feel afraid coz u know that its ok to lean abit more to get you out of safety coz u been at that lean angle before at track ..

At track you dun push n ride within your limit , U will never crash or fall unless you start to do stupid stuff .. Since u travel so far there y not give it a try .. U will love the feeling n be amazed n shock that how much more you can understand your bike n improve ur riding skills .. Any doubt just ask redbeacon coz he will be sure to guide you .. GO on weekdays if u wan to avoid the crowd
