Let me quote you the Section that you will be charged with, under the Road Traffic Act:

 

Driving while under influence of drink or drugs

67. —(1) Any person who, when driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle on a road or other public place —

(a) is unfit to drive in that he is under the influence of drink or of a drug or an intoxicating substance to such an extent as to be incapable of having proper control of such vehicle; or

(b) has so much alcohol in his body that the proportion of it in his breath or blood exceeds the prescribed limit,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than $3,000 and not more than $10,000 and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months.

You know drink driving is an offence in Singapore. Yet you still go out and do it. You have no one to blame but yourself. If they let you keep your license, there is no guarantee that you will not do it again.

 

So, save up and pay the fine and at the same, also save up for when you want to take you license again. Be glad that nothing happens during the day you were caught drunk driving. If not you will not only feel remorseful. You will feel very guilty your whole life.

for drink driving, mininum is 1 yr bro.... once its 1 yr, ur license wil b revoke...

i went home with girl safely yet my friend with girl kena caught drink driving at bukit batok.

drink driving is being very irresponsible and be glad that you are not given jail sentenced. on jail sentence is irreversible, the rest (money and licence) can still slowly get back over the next few years

wad if u killed some1 when u were riding under the influence of alcohol? it could be my friends, my gf, my family members, my relatives that you could crash when u were riding! i pray the judge will revoke ur license for life. damn it, haven't u heard of the news drunk drivers ended many innocent lives? be remorseful? i dun think THAT was ur first time doing drink-and-drive/ride and now get caught already den feel remorseful? how many ppl outside do u tink want to get crashed by a drunken rider/driver like you? they just want to reach their destination safely, man!

 

please dun appeal. i wan ur license to be revoked. This is simply unacceptable and unforgiveable!
