Thought of using kerosene, and wipe it with cloth, because it's dirty and black! Also to use GT85 in between the O&X rings.

 

I know of many people who use keorsene and engine oil for cleaning. To each his own lah.. Hahaha.. Coz afterall, sometimes after changing EO, got some left over mah.. Then they take go use for cleaning chain lor.. I know of a friend who just pour keorsene and brush the chain/o-ring together. lol.. OR... If you're really freaking lazy,

And see if the person's memory is good enough to remember your plate number or he fast enough to turn on the recording of your plate number. Then they will follow up from there. Coz they will told not to risk their lives for fines which is true..
