Hi guys, regarding r6 2006, how much it cost OTR?

And a mech told me for r6 06 to drag its rpm till da max b4 red, it required a mod (not sure whats that but cost $400+?) if not stock r6 will just stuck at 16k/rpm. Crap or what?

stock bike, 16k rpm on dyno. 17.5k rpm on meter faceplate. i can rev up to 17.5ish on meter so..

yup u r right on the rpm issue, on the 2007 model they hav corrected that problem n made minor improvements to the bike but not much diff from the 06 model though.

i got my bitubo damper also, fits well. works well. on the street, i set to 2 clicks. PG i set to 6. jus went dwn on monday to test it, really works great.

ravenSP, mayb we can meet up n compare the fitment n u can confirm everything is fitted right
