juz idling the bike wil not recharge the batt sufficiently.. in the end all u'll get is a weak batt.. gotta ride the bike a decent distance..

 

So does it mean that if i noe that i am going to be away for long next time,the better solution is to take the entire battery out in order not to allow the battery to be drain off?

u dun hv to take d whole battery out bro... juz disconnect d wiring frm d battery is enuff..

i nid to borrow a set of r6 08 race fairing for about a week. i will pay a 'loan fee' for the duration pls do call me 92472541.URGENT thanks...but not to worry...the fairing will not be fixed on a bike for track or watsoever...just nid to loan it for a week.tats all. if possible...starting of nxt week....any 08 riders w race fairing willing to help me..??

hi everyone long time no see~wishes everyone good noon. aniwae i saw a r6 on road FS plate (red bike) canot say out the nos plate if not later he going to kill mi.. aniwae i dunno the guy . he taken out the caterlyser (sori for spelling error) it quite loud lor as i ride beside him. LOL i ask him to blow n i hear the sound it power lo. aniwae this thing will it cause ani problem to the bike???

anyone got the spark plug connector head problem?? when engine running will haf a loud ticking sound.. went to shop to check it out,was told the cable head is leaking electric power..can see the spark coming out... do HL fix the problem if the bike under warranty??

Erms im not sure how loud or under what kind of circumstances got the tickin sound but mine has it but no issues with the bike.Maybe you care to elaborate more?

actually the sound is cos by the electric spark from the spark plug cable head as told by the mech..the mech say its still can ride,but since the bike still under warranty my fren ask em bring his bike go HL see if they will fix the problem..jus asking if anyone went there to fix tis problem or not

hi any 08 bros experience sudden cut off on power while riding? seem like a throtte problem. or have i accidentally switch off the engine kill switch.

Eh Dom if you rike suddenly cut off power, got error code? mine was lik tat at PG with error 59.

 

Bro Fx3, my ticking sound only when the bike is cold but once warm up and after riding some time , i dun hear it. Your ticking sound is it very loud even when idling while waiting at the traffic light with your exhaust emitting sound?
