Change header to wat brand?? If Arrow..no need PC tune cos Arrow follow stock dimension...buy other brand like Leo Vince or Akrapovic. Different dimension from stock(bigger for LV at least) thus u need PC 3 to optimize the A/F ratio..

halo guys,

what r smog block-off plates? i read abt it but still cannot understand leh..

sumtin to do with AIS i think..

most ppl with pc3/pcV will use the smog block-off plates.anyone can xplain or use it?

 

When u go HKL for dyno mapping, they will automatically block ur AIS/PAIR(Honda) valve. To prevent the AIS/PAIR from throwing off the A/F reading use for mapping, they will use items like ball bearing(my cbr1000rr) or clip to prevent the AIS/PAIR from injecting fresh air into the exhaust system to burn off the excess hot fuel vapour. This system is to conform to regulations set for exhaust emissions.

anyone keen in getting single seat cowl for their 06-08 r6? I have one unpainted one coming in.

selling for S$$130.

Painted ones can order for S$170

guys...i nid ur help,i service my bike 4 months ago, and yesterday my plugs blow out...y is dat so?? i tot plugs are meant to last atleast one year or 10000k, i did not expreience diz on my k5600... jaz switch to diz bike lyk 5months ago...is there a problem with my bike?? i'm riding an r6'06...and after i replaced the plugs i've got a feeling the valve is kinda reluctant to open, i really nid to open the throttle more to get it going, everything is stock xcept for the filter...

Leo Vince Full Titanium was quoted 3+k, but less den 3.4k..

 

pc V is 800+ wif dyno, pc 3 slightly cheaper at 700+..

 

Maybe price negotiable, so u can use this as a rough gauge..

okok.. my old plugs lasted me over 20 000km n 2 years.. n when i took them out they stil look in gd condition..

 

perhaps the replacement plugs were not the correct ones.. wrong heat range.. or something

dunno ur slip on can fit the headers or not bcoz diff brands diff dimensions and sizes.

if u buy "stock mod headers" then can fit any slip on but if headers diff brand and slip on also diff brand then i think it shld be diff. juz my 2 cents
