there r many shops which can svc ur request.

i hd mine done at HKL (bt merah) or PLANET motorcycle shop (ubi).

most regular shops offering $500 for a start,not inclusive of any major part change.cheapest u can get it done is abt $250....:thumb:

 

ok thanks..i was quote at 280 for valve clearance at motor factor.

planet quote me 250 .

but motor factor say need 4 days. whereas planet needed 2 days.

 

so any advice on this ?

Hi bros, can i check, wat r the differences between a titanium and a stainless steel header.. I only know titanium lighter(by 1-2kg?)..

 

Heard that titanium dissipates heat faster, and also titanium has a bigger diameter allowing more exhuast flow, is it true??

yes its true for all except d diameter issue...if u wan bigger diameter header,get d illegal race full system....

i sent my r1 to planet.ah chong qouted me a reasonable price.

my bike was svc by a mech named 'panjang' (malay for 'long').

gd job done in 2days.aft which i head up north for sepang trackday....

tpft at least 1.5k. cos am 22 at 1.5k for tpft. unless u got max ncd maybe still can minus 20percent off =)

additional discount will be loyalty bonus 5%, direct discount bonus 5%

 

total 30%..

 

but for 21 this yr, max NCD only can get up to 10%.. each yr 5%?

 

2b: 0%

i got a gd deal on '02 model wif alot of branded parts.. but i dont like the design!!! :cry:

it seems thr is interest to aquire a r6.. 2006 model n abv.. which is great becos i'm goin to let go of my bike soon..

 

mine is a 2006 model.. white oem paintwork.. mostly stock.. i'm goin to post an ad in garage sale soon so pls watch dis space cos i wil annouce it here too..

i dun think there is still loyalty nor direct discount, not when i just bought my bike on dec/jan when i ask ntuc insurance.

 

as for the 20% max ncd, it will be accumulated over 4years of insurance under the particular name n cant be transfer to other ppl name. so 1st yr = 0%, 2nd yr = 5%, 3rd yr = 10%, 4th yr = 15%, 5th yr = 20%. this should be the norm way if i am not wrong.

 

so if A rider accumulate this till 20%, he cant pass this to B rider. n if u no longer riding, last i check with ntuc it can be saved for 2 years. mean within the 2 year u still can buy insurance wif 20% ncd.

 

ncd is not based on number of years u hold licence, its how long u insured with bike insurance n thats how u accumulate.

i wud suggest to stay at NILAI hotel or ALLSON KELANA hotel.

10mins away to SEPANG circuit.quite affordable...
