i got one question guys, does the scratch on the stock pipe can still be repaired? i mean how can i removed them, buffing/polishing the part? i think the seller replaced the stock pipe with some other pipe wherein the bike had a drop.

just got my used r608 today,got few question to ask the expert here:

 

1)when i reach home the temperature is 103 degree,i off and start the engine,the fan is turn on,is this normal?

 

2)r6 got no fuel indicator?

1) normal.. fan will on at 101 degree, off at 98 degree.. note dat temp will not decrease immed after fan on, but will raise abit more den start to drop..

 

2) no.. use mileage to gauge ur fuel, if not juz wait for reserve light to on den pump lo.. hahhaa..

keep moving at a reasonable spd lo.. haha.. if not, juz live wif it.. im already used to riding in berms liao.. am still using stock coolant.. but planning to change to engine ice..

come for more meet ups and get to know us more.. we offer a brotherhood of a lifetime..

Anyway... i was also like this.. first few time ride the bike.. felt it was too hot, then i put fan switch... use for 3 weeks later... until now nvr on le.... once u get used to the bike's speed and handling, u'll want more out of it. then u'll notice that it isnt hot anymore .... hahaha....

 

And for the fuel, At the left hand side of ur meter, got the select button, click till Trip A/B and reset to zero( PRESS AND HOLD RESET BUTTON ) then u Pump full tank.. then ride till the yellow fuel like shows.. that means u have entered RESERVE ZONE of your fuel tank and your meter will show your Fuel trip.. Click the select button to trip A/B again and see what mileage u got till reserve lor.. then you can monitor your fuel consumption regularly..

 

Just some tips to you....

 

Ride safe... Enjoy the R6's power ... hahaha

than decat after tat change slip on take out slicence than take out maguard than no mirror... after tat change bmc air fliter.. than rezoma grip... pc5 power 1 tire.. volt meter.. rezoma brake cap... than go track.. is a must to do if not life without goal wasted
