hi guys, just got myself an R6, need to install sliders. May i enquire what is the diff btw the drill version (Cheaper) and the Bracket version (Expensive)? THanks

Drill = sliders mount on frame (Upon impact, the sliders take the damage, supported by ur frame. If impact is strong enough maybe ur frame will break lol)

 

Bracket = sliders mount on bracket (Upon impact usually bracket will break, then damage goes on to ur fairings.)

besides dat.. drill muz cut thru ur fairing, bracket den no need to cut fairing.. i think if impact really strong, the slider will give way rather den the frame, which means still is fairing kena.. i THINK la, i dunno.. haha..

moral of story sliders can only save ur faring from low side, if u high side chances r slider are not able to take the impact.
