He only summon me for the bursted head light blub.

 

I have no p-plate, two blue t-10 leds.

 

If summon all together would be around 220$SGD.

 

I only kena $30SGD.

just a correction.. its not now that fog lights need to be covered... fog lights have to always be covered when not in use... anyway, fog lights are deemed illegal anyway...

most likely is the bulb or condenser giving you the problem change all 4 signal bulb of same rating and condenser might solve this issue

haha i duno how to explain to u in theory wise but in physical i ever encounter before... like those aftermarket led signal tends to blink faster the person tells me need to install something la... den like for example my front and rear signal using different type duno y den it dun blinks liao...
