Found Honda Hornet 250 no longer in production. What a waste! It looks so fierce man, like a class 2 bike. Wonder why they stop producing this bike from Brazil.

Why never consider the Kawa Ninja 250R? Fuel consumption should be good and being a bike aimed at the Europeans and American market, theres a lot of aftermarket parts like exhaust available, unlike S4 which has very little choice when it comes to aftermarket exhaust.

you are wrong.. thou a JDM bike.. S4 had quite a lot of accessories in these recent years..

dealers will bring less accessories and parts for N250 due to it's popularity..

N250 parts should be on order basis instead of holding stock as not many are OTR.. compared to CB400, the ratio is obvious..

saying abt aftermarket parts.. i believe DRZ would have the most parts available online and at shops for 2A bikes in SG.. trust me on this.. from nuts and bolts to big parts like carb and big bore kit..

I got this from another thread.

I'm interested in CB400. But looks like the more advance the fuel consumption higher.

CB400 version S looks like very good FC but don't know the bike performance how? Can somebody comment. I thinking to get S4 but can't decide which version o_O

Class 2AHONDA:

Honda CBR400RRR - 26km/liter

sure or not? i used to ride cbr400rr N model, i get ~24km/L Best mileage. R and N model no diff except for forks. L model diff with slighty larger headers

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

How about the Honda CBX250 Twister. It is single cylinder, 4 stroke, looks sporty, good fuel consumption. I just bought a 3.5 yr old Twister FBB plate at $3.8K jus last week, done 20,000 km only. So far after topping it up, I've clocked 250 km and the tank is only half used. Full capacity is 16 lit. I am using this as a warm up bike to get back my riding feel (laid off riding for 10 yrs). Planning to buy a brand new 400-1000 cc in Dec. Might keep the Twister as a commute bike. So far, I like the bike, simple, no frills, electric start. Engine oil 1 lit only and change every 3000 km but I recommend 2500 km oil change as our climate is bloody hot oil viscosity affected very fast.

The Honda Vtec Spec' series are all over priced. Not worth the $ unless you die die want a Honda. I rode a few Hondas in my riding but the price now is ridiculous. I'd rather go for the Suzuki Bandit series. Honda is proven and so are other Jap branded bikes. Do you want to join the party and pay the high price for an overpriced bike like the ridiculous COEs of cars nowadays. All out to kill each other. The only people laughing to the banks are the salesmen & banks...you jus pay for their condos, BMW & Merc lor.

but i think if ride hard 2b bike very fast need to over haul like me i every year also over haul my bike until sian so change 2a bike better

I seriously think phantom TA200 isnt a good choice as I also had to overhaul twice within 2 years costing me ard 1.5k. =(( I am intending to get a S4 spec 3 or G4?

Any recommendations with good price and easy + cheap maintenance?

What I do want to see with a cls 2 or 2A is variable displacement technology. (ECU is clever enough to shut down some cylinders under low demand situations) Then you get Spark fuel economy and S4 performance :)

This is probably 1-2 decades down the road, though. The cars that have these are Mercedes V12s, concept Caddilac Sixteen concept, etc.
