kk lol , Cos I this morning try to dismantle the bike. Ending up got alot cuts on my hands and scratches on my bike :( Reason is because when i clutch in around 77 deg at 2 gear, engine will stall causing alot danger to my loved ones. Saw in the forum maybe idling too low. Take me darn hard time to find the idle knob because all Jap in manual and a lot screws and panels to explore. Took me 2 hours under the dim light finally found it. Even now my panels not properly assemble but cross finger now engine seem better :)

Well! At least you learn something about your bike.

Try to do any DIY in brightly lite area. The idle screw can be accessed by removing the left side engine on the GSR 400 or just directly access it on the GSR 600.

After abt 2 months of riding, i noticed that my idling speed has decreased slightly. I wonder why? Could the idling screw be affected by the vibrations of the engine? My plugs were replaced and air filter was washed 2 mths ago.

Hi guys, may i know how much engine oil do we use for our bike, is it 3200ml or 3400ml? & what is the manual recommended grade number ie 5w40, 10w50? Tks

3400ml if change oil filter. For Engine Oil Grade, please do a read up on this (http://www.upmpg.com/tech_articles/motoroil_viscosity/). My practice, if it is a new bike, I will get oil viscosity of 40 and still to that for a few years.

So touch vtech bro for your help. TY so much. I just got a link to a GSR 600 manual from motofreak bro. Is it the same?

TY Lexanez bro for giving a easier way to find the idling knob instead of me stripping 7 panels, broked 2 allen keys and cut my hand. : (

Going to servicing and hopefully the mech there can help me secure my panel like new ; )
