Transfering Exhaust Pipe and changing of name

Hi Guys, recently i just brought an 2nd hand exhaust pipe from one of super 4 owner, just like to know from you guys, what is the procedure of transfering the name and certificate to my name and how much does it cost? Could you guys elaborate further....thanks:)

what's the brand of the exhaust?

 

does it comes with the proper certs and JMCA, EU approved certs, exhaust info, etc..?

 

you needa bring all the relevant certs to LTA to register and a lot of procedures to be done before it can be approved..

yes, just bring cert or stamp by VICOM to LTA to change your name.ok No worry..I already help my friend once..

Get rdy the cert for the pipe..Go down to MW if u haf a yoshi & Mezzo if u haf a micron..Pay a amt of transfer fee of name, $15 for yoshi & $40 for micron..

 

Get the cert frm them, get rdy ur e-log card, go down to Vicom or STA, pay the inspection fee & get ur pipe inspected..

my pipe that i transfer is GPR and is legal,i've got the cert from the previous owner, so wat's next?should i go staright to Vicom and LTA or need to go to workshop as you guys mentioned. Thanks i'm quite newbie on this need your help:)
